"Fifty years is ample time in which to change the world…" Those are the words of famed author and scientist, Arthur C. Clarke, and he penned this provocative line in 1953. And what a time of change we're living in! Indeed, the last number of decades have witnessed a transformation on many fronts, including social and religious worldviews. This new year, 2014, is likewise a time of shift and change - with many events, conferences, and forums geared toward social, political, economic, and religious restructuring. The world is changing, and the move is toward global unity and individual conformity for a politically correct, planetary society. In broadcast 27 of Forcing Change Radio, we explore a handful of "global change" events happening during the next few months. But this is more than just a listing of events and locations - it's a call to understand our times, and then take the opportunity to swing conversations around to what really matters, and for the Christian, to point to the hope we have in Christ Jesus.
