The U.S. Embassy in Ukraine abruptly deleted all their bioweapon lab documents from the official website on Friday amid Russia’s ongoing ‘special military operation’ in the country.

In a 24-hour period over the weekend, all PDF files from the embassy website were removed without any explanation.

However, all of the documents were archived in case of just such a maneuver, and they can be viewed at NewsPunch.com.

According to one of the documents, three of the viruses these labs were studying included swine flu, avian flu, and hantavirus.

We’ll share more information on this as it becomes available.

In case you haven’t noticed, there is a lot of information coming out of Ukraine that is difficult to verify.

One story is that of the so-called “Ghost of Kiev” superhero jet fighter pilot, who single-handedly took on six enemy Russian aircraft in his 40-year-old Mig-29 Soviet plane and brought down all of the much more modern military fighter jets.

But Gateway Pundit reports that there’s just one problem. It isn’t true.

Parts of the imagery used in the story are from a 2019 article published in Ukraine at Censor.net.

The video of the fighter jets in the below attachment appears to come from a video game. It would be very difficult to film a jet going at extreme speeds flying across the sky, let alone two.

It has become virtually impossible to know what is going on in Ukraine given the preponderance of disinformation coming from the mainstream corporate media.

One thing we do know, the Ghost of Kiev is just that, a ghost, a phantom. Don’t believe it.

Globalist billionaire George Soros has announced his support for Ukraine in the Russian-Ukrainian war. Mainstream news outlets have provided saturation coverage of the conflict for going on a week while at the same time sanctions get layered upon sanctions.

But how much of what they’re showing is news and how much is propaganda?

On his personal website, Soros posted an essay emphasizing his undying support for Ukraine and his villainization of Russian President Vladimir Putin.

As Big League Politics reports, the specter of Soros interfering in the business of sovereign nations is nothing new.

So why is Soros so interested in Ukraine?

According to Big League Politics, it’s so he can cloak his true intentions by arguing that he wants the Ukrainian people to stand up to the invading Russian force and that he’s simply defending democracy.

But wherever billionaire globalists are involved, there’s always more going on than meets the eye.

Soros is the definition of a globalist and the very idea of a sovereign and prideful nation, (Russia, for example) pains him to the core, the article argues. Ever since the 2014 Euromaidan Color Revolution in Ukraine, the country has hinted at its intentions to globalize.

Under President Zelensky, these hints have accelerated, with Zelensky publicly announcing his support for Ukraine’s entry into NATO and the European Union.

It should not come as a surprise that Soros would side with Ukraine. The question is, how will that support manifest? Soros rarely speaks his opinion without also dishing out hundreds of millions to influence the outcomes of the issues he’s interested in. Look for more from Mr. Soros in the weeks and months ahead.

Robert Spencer has an article up at PJ Media that should be raising eyebrows about Joe Biden’s new pick for the Supreme Court, Ketanji Brown Jackson.

Back in 1996, Jackson wrote a “Note” for the Harvard Law Review claiming that convicted sex offenders were treated unfairly in the courts. 

Now if this “Note” were authored by a conservative judge, it would end his or her career. The leftist mainstream media would use it as ammo to torpedo the nomination in about five minutes. He or she would automatically be disqualified and the president would have to withdraw his or her name from consideration .

But given that Jackson is a Marxist activist posing as an unbiased legal scholar, you can bet this note that she authored will not see the light of day in the mainstream media.

The “Note” was anonymous, but Jackson revealed that she had written it on a Senate Judiciary Committee “Questionnaire for Judicial Nominees” when Barack Obama nominated her to be a U.S. district judge for the District of Columbia. Jackson’s Note, unearthed by the American Accountability Foundation, calls on judges to “change their analytical framework for evaluating the constitutionality of certain state sex offender statutes.”

Jackson wrote that “in the current climate of fear, hatred, and revenge associated with the release of convicted sex criminals, courts must be especially attentive to legislative enactments that ‘use public health and safety rhetoric to justify procedures that are, in essence, punishment and detention.'”

Jackson argued that existing sex offender regulations were overly harsh, stating:

“Although many courts and commentators herald these laws as valid regulatory measures, others reject them as punitive enactments that violate the rights of individuals who already have been sanctioned for their crimes.” She maintained that “even in the face of understandable public outrage over repeat sexual predators,” a “principled prevention/punishment analysis” would evaluate “the effect of challenged legislation in a manner that reinforces constitutional safeguards against unfair and unnecessarily burdensome legislative action.”

In other words, go easy on these poor sexual predators.

This in itself ought to be enough to disqualify Jackson from a seat on the Supreme Court.

Texas Trucker Jeff Sandberg was left stranded this week after Penske Corporation turned off the power remotely to his truck.

Sandberg was heading to Washington DC with the Freedom Convoy truckers.
Penske shut down his vehicle on the road and later released a statement on how the company does not support the freedom protests.

Sandberg’s truck was hauling “Let’s go Brandon!” and “People’s Convoy” signs.

Jeff Sandburg is an outspoken trucker from Texas. Here’s what he had to say before he got the bad news from his employer.

A family whose 21-year-old son developed a life-threatening reaction to Pfizer’s COVID vaccine has been waiting six months to learn if the U.S. government’s Countermeasures Injury Compensation Program, or CICP, will help cover their son’s medical bills.

The CICP program, which operates under the federal Health Resources and Services Administration, provides compensation for serious injuries or death caused by certain medications, medical devices and vaccines.

Children’s Health Defense reports that the family of Kartik Bhakta in August 2021 submitted a claim on behalf of their son. So far, the claim has been ignored.

Bhakta, a second-year pre-med student described as a “genius” by his father, was severely injured after his first Pfizer shot. According to hospital records, Bhakta suffered from an “extremely rare” and life-threatening adverse reaction to the vaccine.

Within two hours of his first dose, Bhakta experienced nausea and vomiting. He then developed back pain, a severe rash, tinnitus, eye problems, kidney failure, deafness and neuropathy. He spent three months in the hospital.

The day before getting vaccinated, Bhakta was healthy and had no medical conditions, his father told Children’s Health Defense. The doctors said the neuropathy could be caused by steroids given to him for treatment, but they attribute the other conditions to the vaccine.

“We need some kind of help and direction from somewhere so that way he can get medical assistance or whatever he needs,” Bhakta’s father said.

In addition to a lengthy hospitalization, Children’s Health Defense reports that Bhakta underwent numerous surgeries, can’t walk without a walker and had to put his schooling on hold.

On Saturday, The United States joined European allies to impose the most potentially crippling financial sanctions yet on Russia — cutting some Russian banks off from the SWIFT financial network. But what does that mean?

According to the Associated Press, SWIFT is a vital element of global commerce and banking that moves money from bank to bank around the world. SWIFT is essentially the key mechanism by which banks communicate with each other on transactions.

While not affecting European purchases of Russian natural gas, U.S. officials said the moves would send Russia's ruble currency crashing in value, and intensify its economic isolation.

Looking at the sanctions in their totality, they potentially amount to some of the toughest economic crackdowns imposed on any nation in modern times, according to the AP report.

Russia’s invasion of Ukraine could drive up gasoline prices to $5 per gallon or more — even though U.S. and NATO sanctions have not been extended to energy supplies.

According to a report in the Wyoming Tribune Eagle, the projected rise in crude oil and gasoline prices will impact U.S. consumers and businesses already facing the highest inflation levels since 1982.

Russia is the world’s third top producer of oil (behind only the U.S and Saudi Arabia), according to the U.S. Department of Energy. Russia produces 11% of the world's oil supplies, and is the third-largest importer of oil into the U.S. — on par with Saudi Arabia. It is also a top supplier of natural gas to European countries.

Economic sanctions from the U.S. and NATO allies over Russia’s war have not yet been extended to energy supplies. Still, the stage is set for an impactful curtailing of international trade.

Oil prices closed at $92 per barrel on Friday — up from $69 at the end of December and $60 a year ago. 

David Bernell, a public policy professor at Oregon State University with expertise in energy policy, told the Tribune Eagle there is also a psychology behind a rise in fuel prices whenever a major oil producer gets involved in a war.

He said:

“There is a significant ‘fear premium’ that we all pay for crude oil, based on concerns that supplies may not be sufficient a few months out, so there are higher prices at the pump, regardless of what might be happening with the quantity of oil pumped on a given day.”

A nursing home employee in Macomb County, Michigan, has been sentenced to jail for forging the signatures of mentally incapacitated nursing home residents on absentee ballots.

Trenae Myesha Rainey pleaded guilty Wednesday and was sentenced to 45 days in jail for forging signatures of the mentally disabled on absentee ballot applications.

Rainey forged the signature on approximately two dozen ballot registrations.

The Metro Times reported:

“Rainey forged the signatures of residents of the Father Murray Nursing Home where she worked, even though they had not requested the applications.

“She was sentenced to probation, with the first 45 days to be served in the Macomb County Jail.

“Rainey was busted after the Centerline clerk received a stack of roughly two dozen absentee voter applications and cross-checked the signatures on the applications with voter signatures on the qualified voter file. The signatures didn’t match.”

Michigan’s Democrat Attorney General Dana Nessel told the Metro Times that the case highlights how election security measures easily weed out fraud.

Notice how the narrative always shifts, moving here from “there was no fraud” to “we catch all the fraudsters.”

Most Americans see through the propaganda.

The Federalist reports that more than half a dozen Republican senators penned a letter last week demanding the Department of Justice reject a request to label those who protest airplane mask mandates as “terrorists.”

Earlier this month, Delta Air Lines’ CEO Ed Bastian asked the DOJ to add travelers convicted of “unruly” conduct to a new “no-fly” list barring access to commercial air transport. Such conduct warranting the same expulsion granted to suspected terrorists include those who’ve resisted compliance with mask requirements, which made up nearly three-quarters of airplane disputes last year, according to data from the Federal Aviation Administration published by CNBC.

“Like other airlines, Delta maintains its own no-fly list for anyone who disrupts onboard safety or refuses to comply with crew instructions,” Bastian wrote in a Washington Post op-ed Tuesday, doubling down on his request. “But unfortunately, we’ve seen cases in which unruly passengers have simply switched airlines and continued to fly even after endangering flight safety… Only a comprehensive list overseen by the federal government can close the loopholes and prevent disrupters from flying.”

Last week, Republican lawmakers objected to the push for treating those who protest airplane mask mandates as suspected terrorists.

“While airlines are currently free to deny service to any individual over past transgressions on their flights, the federal government’s role in denying access to the commercial aviation network has been limited to ensuring that suspected terrorists remain off of domestic flights,” senators wrote. “The creation of this list by DOJ would result in a severe restriction on the ability of citizens to fully exercise their constitutional right to engage in interstate transportation.”

It appears that the skies are no longer friendly to the freedom-minded among us.

So, we are not dependent on foreign energy because we shut down domestic pipelines, slap new regulations on oil exploration and drilling, and take coal-fired power plants offline. No, Psaki says we’re dependent because we don’t have enough windmills and solar panels. You heard that right. That’s the way they think folks, with reckless disregard for the facts, at a time when China is building more coal-fired plants and giving lip service only to their hallowed green agenda. You can’t make this up. This is how they will drive a stake through the heart of an already weakened superpower.

In our commentary tonight, we delve into Joe Biden’s pick for the Supreme Court.

Ketanji Brown Jackson is a far-left judge with an abysmal record of legislating from the bench. When lightly questioned by senators for previous federal judge appointments, Jackson came across as mind-numbingly stupid.

She even admitted that she had not had a chance to “develop” a serious judicial philosophy on constitutional originalism versus the opposite view that the Constitution is a “living, breathing document.” She pleaded ignorance to avoid answering that question from Senator Ted Cruz.

Whether she is really that dumb or was just feigning ignorance to avoid the question, we may never know, but either way her selection as the next Supreme Court justice should be a no-go.

As Jeff Crouere points out in an essay for Conservative Playbook, Jackson is a Democratic Party activist masquerading as a judge.

She is a former donor and volunteer for the Barack Obama presidential campaign. She also donated to the Hillary Clinton presidential campaign.

According to the Washington Free Beacon, prior to the start of her judicial career, Jackson served as a lawyer for several suspected terrorists, including a Taliban intelligence officer, imprisoned at Guantanamo Bay.

Jackson’s support of her clients was described as “ideological cause lawyering, even in her capacity as a public defender. At times, she flirted with unsubstantiated left-wing theories that were debunked by government investigators.

To bolster her left-wing credentials, Jackson filed an amicus brief on behalf of the National Association for the Repeal of Abortion Laws (NARAL) and other pro-abortion groups in the McGuire v. Reilly case. In her brief, she described pro-life activists who protested outside of abortion clinics as “hostile” agitators who subjected women to a “gauntlet” that was like “labor picketing.”

With her progressive credentials established, Jackson was nominated in 2012 by President Obama for a position on the U.S. District Court in D.C. The following year, she was confirmed by a unanimous voice vote of the U.S. Senate. Obviously, the Republican Senators who supported Jackson either did not research her record or did not care about her political activism.

In 2015, she ruled that a Hillary Clinton aide, Philipe Reines, was justified in using a personal email account for work-related activities.

In 2019, Jackson ruled that the Trump administration infringed upon the rights of federal employees to collective bargaining.

Like many of her rulings, it was overruled by the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals, which said Jackson’s decision used “political” language to denounce President Donald Trump.

Jackson is, in short, a political hack, not capable of processing information with unbiased ears and then formulating a coherent legal ruling.

Unfortunately, as Crouere argues, Senate Republicans have a long history of giving easy treatment to Supreme Court justices nominated by Democratic Party presidents. For example, neither of President Barack Obama’s Supreme Court nominations, Justices Elena Kagan, nor Sonia Sotomayor, were subjected to tough questioning or a grueling Senate confirmation process.

We agree with Crouere. It's time for that to change.
