Good evening everyone and welcome to the Worldview Report. I’m your host,
Brannon Howse.
New York’s red flag law has been ruled unconstitutional, striking down a key gun
control measure as the state pushes revamped gun laws through the courts.
American Military News reports that New York’s “Extreme Risk Protection
Order” law, enacted in 2019, allowed people to request that firearms be seized
from their owners if they’re deemed likely to seriously harm themselves or others.
But in a late December decision, New York Supreme Court ruled the law “does not
sufficiently protect a citizen’s rights” and is “hereby dismissed, in its entirety.”
The ruling came as the state’s new gun control framework remains under a flurry
of litigation after being overturned by a landmark Supreme Court ruling over the
summer.
In the decision, New York Supreme Court Justice Thomas Moran wrote the law is
unconstitutional because it “permits (and in some cases demands)” non-experts to
make decisions which, “due to lack of education, experience, or expertise, they
should not be authorized or capable of making.”
For its definition of “likelihood to result in serious harm,” the law relied on a
similar mental health law that allows for involuntary hospitalization. But that law
requires physicians to determine the likelihood of harm, while the great majority of
red-flag-law referrals would come from non-expert police, attorneys, school
administrators and family members and be decided by “lay people,” according to
the ruling.

To be constitutional, the court ordered that red flag laws would have to guarantee
an expert determination from a physician, as the mental health law does.
Daniel Strollo, the attorney who fought the New York law, tweeted that he was
“very happy with this result” and said it created a “very quick and easy mechanism
to deprive somebody of their fundamental Second Amendment rights,” according
to local outlet WHAM.
Strollo stated:
“You have people who are essentially not medical professionals expressing
medical opinions that result in the deprivation of rights. And you have a procedure
that essentially allows somebody to lose those rights without ever having gone in
front of a judge.”

In another report from American Military News, Russian President Vladimir
Putin sent a frigate armed with hypersonic missiles to the Atlantic Ocean on
Wednesday, January 4th. The move is an apparent show of force as the Russia-
Ukraine conflict heads into its 11th month.
According to Reuters, Putin said the frigate was armed with Zircon hypersonic
missiles during a video conference with Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu and Igor
Krokhmal, the ship’s commander.
“This time the ship is equipped with the latest hypersonic missile system –
‘Zircon’ – which has no analogues,” Putin said. “This is a hypersonic sea–based
system.”
Putin sent off the ship shortly after Russian and Chinese forces held a set of joint
military drills focused on hunting enemy submarines. The drills indicate the two
countries may be concerned with how to counter U.S. and NATO submarine forces
in a potential future conflict in the Indo-Pacific region.
Last year, a Russian lawmaker threatened that Russia could destroy the entire east
coast of the United States with just two missiles if Putin ordered such a strike.
During an appearance on Russian TV, parliament member Alexei Zhuravlev said
at the time, “I will tell you absolutely competently that to destroy the entire the
East Coast of the United States, two Sarmat missiles are needed.”

“The same goes for the West Coast,” Zhuravlev added. “Four missiles, and there
will be nothing left.”
According to American Military News, the Russian RS-28 Sarmat missile, which
is also known as the Satan II, is an intercontinental ballistic missile believed to be
able to carry multiple warheads, including up to 10 large nuclear warheads, or 16
smaller ones, or a combination of warheads and countermeasures, or hypersonic
boost-glide vehicles.

Nigel Farage recently interviewed a former European Parliament MEP and a senior
member of the UK Office for National Statistics, James Wells, on the massive
spike in excess deaths since the rollout of the experimental Covid vaccines.
Wells told Farage “we need an independent public inquiry” into excess deaths, as
they have reached an average of more than 1,000 a week for the past six months in
the U.K.
Here’s an excerpt from Farge’s shocking interview with whistleblower James
Wells, brought to us by the RAIR Foundation.

So, essentially what the establishment critics are doing in the U.K. is the same
thing they are doing in the U.S. They are doing exactly what they accuse us of
doing – making wildly speculative statements meant to sweep these deaths under
the rug without offering any evidence to back their claims up.

The CEO of Amazon announced plans to lay off more than 18,000 people from the
online juggernaut starting later this month.
Andy Jassy shared in a memo on Tuesday that most of the job cuts will be within
the Amazon stores and the People Experience and Technology Solutions team.
Jassy said the company plans to communicate with impacted employees starting
January 18.

KOMO News reports that back in November, Seattle-based Amazon, which has
been cutting costs in various areas of its business in the past few months, started its
annual review process to figure out where it can save more money.
In a note sent to employees, Jassy said the company told workers in its devices and
books divisions about the layoffs. He said it also offered some other employees
voluntary buyout offers.

And Amazon is not the only tech company slashing payrolls.
The Daily Wire reports that Cloud-based software company Salesforce will
dismiss 10% of its workforce in cost-cutting measures.
Salesforce Co-CEO Marc Benioff announced in a Wednesday letter to employees
that the company, which develops business software solutions for customer
relationship management and marketing automation, has witnessed clients take a
more “measured approach” to purchasing decisions, necessitating the dismissal of
some employees.
Employees impacted by the layoffs were told they would receive emails within one
hour of the letter and will receive five months of pay and health insurance. Shares
for Salesforce increased more than 3% on Wednesday; the company’s stock price
declined more than 40% last year.
Companies dismissed more than 90,000 workers last year, according to
a report from CrunchBase, which included both small ventures and established
firms such as Amazon, Microsoft, and Tesla.

Author Leo Zagami claims in a new book that Hollywood was taken over years
ago by Free Masons and the occult with the help of the U.S. military-industrial
complex.
Zagami recently sat down with Owen Shroyer of Banned Videos to talk about how
Hollywood has been infiltrated since at least the 1950s.

Investment Watch reports that Kentucky has joined a growing list of
conservative states that have begun to boycott banks they charge are discriminating
against the fossil fuel industry.
In compliance with a Kentucky law passed in March, State Treasurer Allison Ball
released a list of banks that “are engaged in energy company boycotts.” This list
included Wall Street giants BlackRock, Citibank, JPMorgan Chase, BNP Paribas,
HSBC, and six other smaller banks.
Ball told the Epoch Times:
“Energy is important in Kentucky. It’s important to the nation, but in Kentucky in
particular, about 7.8 percent of our labor force is from the energy sector. We have
a lot at stake just because it’s a part of our economy.”
Kentucky’s action to protect its coal and gas industry follows similar measures by
West Virginia and Texas last year. Kentucky is the seventh-largest state in coal
production and 71 percent of its electricity depends on coal-fired plants. Kentucky
is also responsible for 1.6 percent of America’s oil refining capacity and 2 percent
of its natural gas storage.

Two men have been charged in attacks at four Washington state power substations
that left 14,000 people with no power on Christmas Day.
The duo told investigators that their plan was all in order to steal a cash register at
a local business, according to the criminal complaint filed Saturday in the U.S.
District Court for the Western District of Washington at Tacoma.
After cutting off power to the area, subjecting people to a cold and dark holiday
weekend, the men drilled a hole in the lock of a business and stole its cash register.
The overnight attacks on the Pierce County substations cut out power to customers
during the holidays and caused about $3 million in damages.

Matthew Greenwood, 32, and Jeremy Crahan, 40, were arrested this past weekend
and have been charged with conspiracy to damage energy facilities and possession
of an unregistered firearm.
Crahan and Greenwood face up to 20 years in prison for the conspiracy charge and
10 years for possession of an unregistered firearm.
One of the guns seized was equipped with a makeshift silencer.
Last week, one law enforcement official claimed those who carried out the attack
may have been trying to “send a message,” without specifying what that message
might be.

On Wednesday, January 4, Massachusetts State Police released a statement
following the sudden deaths of three officers within four days last month, in
December 2022.

Three active-duty Law Enforcement Officers, Officer John F. Santos (25) of The
Plymouth County Sheriff’s Department, Officer Sean Besarick, 48, of the Brockton
Police Department, and Officer Christopher A. Davis, 42, of the Stoughton Police
Department died suddenly last week.
As the Gateway Pundit reports, Massachusetts Governor Charlie Baker mandated
the experimental Covid vaccine for all executive department employees, including
police, that took effect in mid-October 2021.
According to the Massachusetts State Police Association, the first union member
has been fired for refusing to comply with Governor Charlie Baker’s vaccine
mandate, CBS reported.
“Thirteen state troopers were fired for failing to comply with Baker’s mandate,
while a handful who sought medical exemptions are still currently working,
McNamara said. About 1,000 state workers overall were fired or terminated amid a
wave of suspensions and disciplinary hearings, in which they were urged to get the
shot,” Mass Live reported.

The results of a Rasmussen poll on the vote for the Speaker of the House were
announced Thursday, January 5th.
According to Rasmussen Reports, the results are in on whether the rank-and-file
GOP believes Kevin McCarthy should be the next Speaker of the U.S. House of
Representatives.
Less than half of GOP voters want McCarthy as House Speaker according to
Rasmussen Reports.  Overall, only a third of voters believe McCarthy should be
Speaker.
Thirty-five percent (35%) of likely U.S. Voters believe Republicans should choose
Kevin McCarthy to be the next Speaker of the House, while 41% say the GOP
should not elect McCarthy as the next Speaker. The rest are undecided.

Breitbart News reports that a recent study by psychologists shows that the
regular use of social media is linked to changes in the brains of teenagers. This is
especially troubling in light of the fact that the most popular social media platform

for American teenagers is China’s TikTok, which pushes harmful messaging on
teens as soon as they sign up for an account.
The effects of social media on children’s developing brains have long been a topic
of concern for parents and policymakers. Now, the New York Times reports that
a new study by neuroscientists at the University of North Carolina has shed some
light on the issue, using brain scans to track the effects of social media use on
middle school students aged 12 to 15, a period of rapid brain development.
The study found that children who regularly checked their social media feed at
around age 12 showed increased sensitivity to social rewards from their peers over
time. In contrast, teenagers with less engagement in social media showed a
declining interest in social rewards. While the study cannot make definitive causal
claims about the effects of social media on the brain, the authors suggest that the
findings could potentially have long-term consequences well into adulthood.

Time now for our Worldview Report commentary.
Cancer rates have increased exponentially since the introduction of the
experimental mRNA injections and cancer is one of the top three leading causes of
premature death among younger adults — a trend that in turn is driving down U.S.
life expectancy.
In 2019, the average life span of Americans of all ethnicities was nearly 78.8 years.
Two years later, by the end of 2021, life expectancy had dropped to 76.4 — a loss
of nearly three years, which is an astonishing decline. The leading causes of death
in 2021 were heart disease, cancer and COVID-19, all three of which were higher
in 2021 than in 2020, and both heart disease and cancer are potential side effects of
the COVID jabs.
On November 26, 2022, The Daily Sceptic published a letter to the editor of The
British Medical Journal, written by Dr. Angus Dalgleish, professor of oncology at
St. George’s University of London, warning that COVID boosters may be causing
aggressive metastatic cancers:
Dalgleish writes:
“COVID no longer needs a vaccine program given the average age of death of
COVID in the U.K. is 82 and from all other causes is 81 and falling. The link with

clots, myocarditis, heart attacks and strokes is now well accepted, as is the link
with myelitis and neuropathy
“However, there is now another reason to halt all vaccine programs. As a
practicing oncologist, I am seeing people with stable disease rapidly progress after
being forced to have a booster, usually so they can travel. Even within my own
personal contacts I am seeing B cell-based disease after the boosters.
“They describe being distinctly unwell a few days to weeks after the booster —
one developing leukemia, two work colleagues Non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma, and an
old friend who has felt like he has had Long COVID since receiving his booster
and who, after getting severe bone pain, has been diagnosed as having multiple
metastases from a rare B cell disorder.
“I am experienced enough to know that these are not the coincidental anecdotes.
This must be aired and debated immediately.”
In a December 19, 2022, article in Conservative Woman, Dalgleish continued
discussing the phenomenon of rapidly spreading cancers in patients who were in
stable remission for years before receiving their COVID boosters. He noted that
after his letter to The British Medical Journal was published, several oncologists
contacted him to say they’re seeing the same thing in their own practices.
It's time to end the charade surrounding Covid jabs. The fact that it’s considered
rude, imbecilic, even “barbaric” to mention the elephant in the room whenever
another young healthy person dies or gets seriously incapacitated, this fact alone
makes the establishment look guilty, like they’re going out of their way to cover
something up. You don’t come down this hard on people for making off-the-wall
comments that have no basis in fact. No, you would ignore something that, well,
imbecilic.
That does it for this edition of the Worldview Report. Thanks for tuning in and for
