Government officials in the US, UK and France continue to ratchet up the war rhetoric against Russia, threatening to send Western troops into Ukraine and offering Ukraine the possibility of using UK-supplied long-range missiles to strike deep into the heart of Russia.

If Russia succeeds in its war with Ukraine, and it’s not a matter of if but when, U.S. Democratic House leader Hakeem Jeffries announced on CBS News Sunday that the U.S. will intervene directly with troops.

Jeffries told CBS News:

“We cannot allow Ukraine to fall, because if it does, there is a significant possibility that America will have to intervene in the conflict — not just with our money, but with our troops.”

Then, like a cynical puppet of the blood-drenched military-industrial complex, Jeffries mouthed the favorite talking points of the neocon war hawks, showing he answers to the same faction of billionaire greed-mongers as the GOP leadership in Congress.

The Russian government wasted no time responding to what it perceives as a growing threat from the US and NATO to send troops into Ukraine.

The Russian news outlet RT.com reported Monday a strong message from Moscow warning of dire consequences if any NATO country sends troops into Ukraine. French President Emmanuel Macron has been the most outspoken about the possibility of sending troops to fight Russians in Ukraine, but now Jeffries has taken it to a new level with his comments to a major establishment news outlet over the weekend.

British Foreign Secretary David Cameron was also quoted by Reuters saying that Ukraine has the right to use long-range missiles sent by the UK to strike deep inside Russia.

Moscow said it will retaliate against British targets in Ukraine or elsewhere if Kiev uses UK-provided missiles to strike Russian territory, the Russian Foreign Ministry told London’s ambassador on Monday.

RT.com reports that Ambassador Nigel Casey was summoned to the ministry following the remarks by Cameron to Reuters.

“Casey was warned that the response to Ukrainian strikes using British weapons on Russian territory could be any British military facilities and equipment on the territory of Ukraine and beyond,” the Russian Foreign Ministry said in a statement following the meeting.

As noted by RT, the US and its allies had previously qualified their deliveries of long-range weapons to Kiev by saying they could only be used on territories that Ukraine claims as its own – Crimea, the People’s Republics of Donetsk and Lugansk, and Kherson and Zaporozhye regions.

According to the Russian Foreign Ministry, Cameron’s statements to the contrary “de facto recognized his country as a party to the conflict.”

Russia sees Cameron’s comments as “evidence of a serious escalation and confirmation of London’s increasing involvement in military operations on the side of Kiev,” the ministry added.

Casey was urged to “think about the inevitable catastrophic consequences of such hostile steps from London and to immediately refute in the most decisive and unequivocal manner the bellicose provocative statements of the head of the Foreign Office.”

Earlier in the day, the Russian Defense Ministry announced an exercise to test the deployment of tactical nuclear weapons. President Vladimir Putin ordered the drills after “provocative statements and threats” by Western officials, the military said.

Putin said that if troops get sent in from any Western country, that country will be essentially vaporized within seconds.

According to the article by RT, citing the Russian Foreign Ministry, Moscow hopes the drills will “cool down the ‘hot heads’ in Western capitals and help them understand the possible catastrophic consequences of the strategic risks they generate,” as well as “keep them from both assisting the Kiev regime in its terrorist actions and being drawn into a direct armed confrontation with Russia.”

In a shocking turn of events, reports have emerged of an assassination attempt against Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman. In other news, huge pro-Irish protests broke out in Dublin Monday as Irish people rallied against their government’s mass immigration policies.

Protesters draped in Irish flags chanted “out, out, out” as they walked down O’Connell Street, The Irish Times reported, noting that:

“Some wearing hoods, or balaclavas and sunglasses, chanted ‘our streets’ while waving Irish flags. The march began at the Garden of Remembrance just after 2:30 pm while participants continued to arrive in groups carrying flags and placards.”

“This is our country,” shouted one man, arriving with a scarf hiding his face from the city’s vast array of cameras.

The march went past the GPO where about 200 people staged a counter-protest “united against racism.”

Some were holding signs that read: “Homes for people, homes for all” and “War creates refugees.”

There were tense exchanges as the anti-immigration rally passed the counter-protest, when some of the marchers tried to cross to the other side.

A heavy police presence, including members of the Public Order Unit, was in place well in advance of the protest.

One young child with an Irish flag draped around him held a placard which read “Irish rights are under attack.”

There was a close call at a church in Pennsylvania this Sunday and some are calling it a miracle that a gunman’s attack did not end in tragedy.

Chaos erupted at The Dwelling Place Church when a gunman approached the pastor during his sermon and attempted to shoot him. The gun failed to go off and the assailant was wrestled down by a deacon of the church.

The Daily Mail reports that mega-investor Warren Buffett has said he expects the US government to increase taxes rather than reduce spending as the country struggles with its mounting national debt. 

Buffet’s comments, delivered Saturday, come as the US is hard-pressed to address widening fiscal deficits, and as the national debt recently topped $34 trillion - an amount nearly as big as the entire US economy.

More concerning is the fact the Fed and other money-minded officials have no plan in sight, paving the way for the Berkshire Hathaway boss's unsettling prediction. 

Buffet made his forecast at his hedge fund's annual shareholder meeting attended by some of the top CEOs in the country.

There, Berkshire Hathaway reported its collection of businesses generated some $11.2 billion of operating earnings, up 39 percent from the year before. 

Despite those results being a sign of a relatively robust economy, the 93-year-old who is valued at more than $131billion, said he believes a substantial federal tax hike is on the horizon.

He stated:

“I think higher taxes are likely,” pointing to how the Congressional Budget Office has estimated in its latest long-term budget projections federal deficits will rise to 8.5 percent of GDP in fiscal 2054 from the 5.5 percent seen today.

“They may decide that someday they don't want the fiscal deficit to be this large because that has some important consequences. So they may not want to decrease spending and they may decide they'll take a larger percentage of what we own, and we'll pay it.”

Infowars reports that liberals are three times more biased when evaluating their opponents than conservatives are, according to a new study in the Journal of Social Psychology. This runs totally counter to the widespread belief that conservatives are less open-minded and more prejudiced than liberals.

The researchers behind the study wanted to test the popular hypothesis that conservatives are more prone to prejudice and have a greater inclination to authoritarianism than liberals.

Robert D. Ridge, an associate professor of psychology at Brigham Young University and the main author of the study, explains:

“It has become clear that the ideological divide in the United States is growing and that people are becoming more polarized in their beliefs. Ideological asymmetry is the notion that conservatives are more prejudicial than liberals, but the worldview conflict hypothesis suggests that conservatives and liberals can be equally prejudiced toward those with different worldviews and values.”

He further explained:

“I wanted to pit these two theories against each other to see who would be more likely to aggress indirectly against a person who held an ideology different than theirs. I wanted to see if simply posting support on social media for a conservative or liberal position would be sufficient to elicit indirect aggression from a person with a different ideology in a domain that is completely unrelated to politics.”

The researchers discovered that liberals, for instance, are much more likely to view subtle clues to conservative affiliation in a job resumé as an excuse to “torpedo” an individual’s chances of getting a job.

A recent poll by YouGov and The Economist magazine reveals that 68 percent of Americans believe the United States has become “out of control” under the leadership of the Biden regime.

The poll, conducted among 1,755 Americans from April 28 to 30, asked the respondents how they perceive “things in this country these days.”

Sixty-eight percent of respondents believe the nation is veering “out of control.” By contrast, only 16 percent view the U.S. as “under control.”

The poll also reveals that the perception of a nation spiraling out of control transcends partisan lines.

A higher percentage of Democrats believe “things are out of control” (48 percent) rather than “under control” (31 percent). Meanwhile, a substantial 70 percent of Independents share the sentiment, along with nearly 90 percent of Republicans. Only 11 percent of Independents feel the country is under control. This perception is also held in high numbers across various demographic categories such as race, gender, age and income.

The poll also reveals that 66 percent of Americans feel the country is “on the wrong track,” while 21 percent believe it is “generally headed in the right direction.”

Those who believe the country is headed in the wrong direction include 72 percent of Independents, 87 percent of Republicans, and 42 percent of Democrats, with majorities of all age, gender and income brackets sharing this viewpoint.

If you have ever doubted that Joe Biden has placed actual Marxist-Leninists in charge of federal government agencies, this next story should put those doubts to rest.

It’s being reported that Biden’s Chairwoman of the Federal Trade Commission, a woman named Lina Khan, has direct ties to a Marxist organization called the Law and Political Economy, or LPE Project. The LPE Project has actively supported the pro-Palestinian encampment at Columbia University.

Khan, the current chairwoman for the FTC, also holds the position of associate professor of law at Columbia University. Although she is currently on leave from her university job while serving in her present government role, she has reportedly assisted Amy Kapczynski (pronounced KAPZINSKI), a faculty co-director with the LPE Project and a professor at Yale University, in designing her first LPE seminar.

It is important to note that Khan’s colleague at the LPE Project, Ms. Kapczynski, has openly acknowledged her admiration for various critical theories, including those from the Frankfurt School, queer theory, post-colonial theory, psychoanalytic theory, and Marxist feminist thought.

During an interview with MSNBC, the aging Democrat Congresswoman Maxine Waters of California was asked about whether former President Donald Trump would accept the results of the 2024 election if he does not win.

Zero Hedge notes that, “something must have snapped in her mind because what came out of her mouth next was, well, surprising to many.”

Waters said Trump, and especially his supporters, were dangerous and preparing “up in the hills somewhere” to launch attacks on liberals and Democrats.

And they talk about conservatives engaging in conspiracy theories. This woman’s head is exploding with conspiracy theories. But I guess liberal Democrats are allowed to indulge in such nonsense.

The Daily Caller News Foundation reports that the pro-Hamas demonstrations seen on university campuses across the U.S. are being funded by, well, exactly who we thought was funding them. Some big-money interests who tend to also be Biden donors.

A new report from Politico Sunday revealed that donors like Bill Gates, George Soros, the Rockefeller Brothers, and Nick Pritzker are supporting organizations like Jewish Voice for Peace and IfNotNow, which have been responsible for many of the protests at college campuses.

These groups, according to the outlet, are funded by the Tides Foundation which is funded by Soros and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.

Since mid-April, the pro-Hamas protests, many of them violent, have demanded that universities divest their funds from companies connected to Israel.

Nearly four days after the initial protests at Columbia, and nearly 100 arrests made at the time, Biden finally released a weak statement condemning the “harassment and calls for violence against Jews.” However, he notably did not call out the school.

While the news of financial backing for the protests coming from Biden’s biggest donors is hitting Democrats as somehow shocking, Politico’s piece was met with backlash, as users overwhelmingly agreed that the connection between the protests and far-left Democratic donors wasn’t surprising at all.

Senator John Kennedy has a way with words and his take on the pro-Hamas demonstrations on U.S. college campuses is classic.

Kennedy, in plain English, condemned Joe Biden for his shameful cowardice, refusing to put an end to the mostly violent and repugnant antisemitic antics of the far-left wing of his party.

Here is Kennedy dishing out some stinging words for Joe Biden and every other coward in D.C. who can’t quite bring himself to condemn the ugly scenes we’ve all seen over the last week, which remind us of Nazi Germany in the amount of intense hatred on display for a certain ethnic group.

And I agree with him. The Hamas wing of the Democratic Party, when combined with Antifa, really describes the red-green axis that I’ve been warning about for so many years. The two together mark the military wing of the Democratic Party. And this is one reason why Republicans never win. They don’t have a military wing and they live in fear of the Democrats. It becomes more obvious every day. They are afraid to really do much in Washington. They may talk tough but they don’t deliver.
