Good evening and welcome to the Worldview Report.

As predicted, police in Scotland were deluged with nearly 4,000 complaints in the first 24 hours after a new hate crime law took effect on April 1, proving the legislation is being weaponized by activists.

Journalist Paul Joseph Watson reports in an article for Modernity News that, under the new legislation, anyone who makes a sexual or racial minority feel offended or verbally abused, whether in person or online, including “insults,” could be hit with a prison sentence of up to seven years.

Transgender activists have been busy making lists of people they are waiting on to make such comments, including Harry Potter author JK Rowling herself.

Although it was announced Tuesday by police that Rowling wouldn’t be investigated, the mere fact that she has been reported could create a so-called hate incident file to be opened on her that could remain indefinitely.

Calum Steele, the former general secretary of the Scottish Police Federation, said he understood that around 3,800 complaints had been lodged over the previous 24 hours, reports the Telegraph.

That figure is likely to skyrocket, Watson says, as deranged libs feverishly report anything they deem offensive via an online form and a 101 non-emergency number.

Authorities are now being swamped with complaints exactly as the legislation’s critics predicted, with resources that would have been available to tackle real crime directed elsewhere to patrol speech.

Indeed, as we previously highlighted, Police Scotland admitted that the new law could create “additional demand”and create a “resource implication” for police.

This followed a trial of a separate program set to be implemented across the country to stop investigating crimes like theft and criminal damage, which authorities acknowledge will help criminals.

When Rowling was informed that she wasn’t at risk due to her profile, she responded that she would defend anyone who was targeted.

The head of Israel’s military announced Wednesday that a preliminary investigation had confirmed Israel’s responsibility for the attack that killed seven aid workers Monday night.

Israel Defense Forces Chief of the General Staff LTG Herzi Halevi said in a video statement posted to X that the strike was a “grave mistake” that “shouldn’t have happened.”

“I want to be very clear — the strike was not carried out with the intention of harming WCK aid workers,” the X post said, adding, “It was a mistake that followed a misidentification — at night during a war in very complex conditions. It shouldn’t have happened.”

There was some discussion online, unconfirmed, that the IDF may have become too dependent on artificial intelligence in decisions on what and when to attack and that these AI-driven systems are going to make mistakes that humans would not. If this is true, then expect more mistakes, and not just by Israel. News has been blacked out on what’s happening in the Russia-Ukraine war, so we do not know how many NATO or Russian weapons systems have also inadvertently killed innocent civilians. This is a problem that will only grow as AI takes over more and more of the decision-making in modern warfare.

Kirsten Dunst, who stars in the upcoming movie Civil War, is no fan of the news media, saying it is a “big time” driver of division in America.

In an interview with Variety, the actress spoke candidly on a wide range of subjects, including raising Christian kids and her clear dissatisfaction with Joe Biden being the “only option” for Democrats in 2024.

She also insisted that the Civil War movie’s fascist president isn’t based on former President Donald Trump.

Dunst addressed the movie’s major theme — the political and cultural divisions in the U.S. that are ripping the country apart. And she highlighted what she believes is the major culprit in driving Americans into bitter factions.

She told Variety:

“Media really stokes it big time. The media is forcing us to choose a side. Everything’s a lot more complicated than that.”

Dunst even spoke about the coming presidential election.

“I’m gonna vote for Biden. That’s my only option. Right?” she said, adding that she wished Democratic candidate Beto O’Rourke (D) had fared better in 2020.

Civil War, which A24 will release on April 12, is already generating an enormous amount of controversy for its depiction of the U.S. torn apart by warring factions. Nineteen states have seceded from the union— including something called the “Florida Alliance.” Meanwhile, a “three-term president” is trying to hold together what remains of the U.S.

Dunst dismissed notions that the fictional president is based on Trump.

“It feels fictitious to me,” she told Variety. “I don’t want to compare because that’s the antithesis of the film. It’s just a fascist president. But I didn’t think about Nick’s character being any certain political figure.”

Slay News reports that a federal judge in New Mexico has ruled that the state must hand over voter registration data to a group of election integrity investigators.

The state’s Democrat leaders must provide voter registration data to the Voter Reference Foundation (VRF).

The VRF is an election integrity group that publishes voter rolls online for public inspection.

The conservative group maintains an online database of voter rolls in over 30 states.

The ruling is a significant setback for Democrats, who have vigorously resisted efforts to increase transparency in elections.

New Mexico threatened to prosecute the Voter Reference Foundation after the group listed the state’s voter data on its website.

In his legal ruling, U.S. District Court Judge James Browning found that the group has a right to access and publish the data under federal law.

New Mexico officials argued that the VRF ran afoul of restrictions under state law.

However, Judge Browning found that those restrictions are preempted by the National Voter Registration Act.

The Public Disclosure provision of that law was meant to uphold election integrity by allowing the public a broad right to inspect voter rolls, Browning said.

In his ruling, Browning wrote:

“The data-sharing ban largely deprives individuals and entities of the ability to engage with disclosed records in such a way that facilitates identification of voter registration-related irregularities.”

New Mexico’s restrictions on data use make “detection of inaccuracies and fraud more difficult,” he added.

A Texas National Guardsman faces multiple charges connected to human trafficking after he was arrested following a high-speed chase in his government SUV near the southern border.

Savion Amari Donovan Johnson, 26, was arrested Sunday by Texas Department of Public Safety officers and Kinney County Sheriff's Deputies following a 15-mile chase that reached speeds of more than 100 miles per hour, the New York Post reported Thursday.

He was charged with human smuggling, evading arrest and unlawful weapons possession.

The chase ensued after a state trooper tried to pull Johnson over for speeding on a local farm road Sunday afternoon, but he refused to pull over, according to an arrest affidavit obtained by The New York Times.

The trooper followed Johnson's silver sport-utility vehicle, and after turning onto a state highway and reaching high speeds, the SUV stopped to allow a man to run away on foot before the chase continued, according to the affidavit. The vehicle eventually stopped after it hit spikes that police placed on the road.

Kinney County Sheriff Brad Coe said the SUV contained official equipment associated with Texas' border security mission, including the officer’s Operation Lone Star gear.

The person who was let out of the car was an illegal immigrant who later turned himself over to Border Patrol for processing, according to NewsNation.

Johnson was reportedly told he would be paid up to $6,000 for smuggling the illegal alien into the country.

Texas Governor Greg Abbott's office issued a statement that read: “If the allegations are true, the accused is a traitor and criminal.”

If convicted, Johnson faces a minimum of 10 years prison.

The FBI arrested a Loudon County, Virginia, couple in a pre-dawn raid on their home Thursday, April 4th.

Their crime? They entered the Capitol building in Washington, D.C., more than three years ago on January 6, 2021.

Thomas Kasperek and his wife Dr. Daphne Kasperek told America First Network in an interview Monday that the FBI came to their home around 6 a.m. in cars with flashing lights, pounded on the door, and yelled for them to come out with their hands up.

Thomas said he was up, but that Daphne was still sound asleep.

He said he woke her up and told her to call his friend Richard Ryan, who was a co-plaintiff in a case related to an election integrity case they filed in November 2022 against Loudoun County’s Electoral Board and Board of Supervisors “based on concerns that the electric voting machines were made in China.” The case was dismissed January 6, 2023, according to LoudonNow.com.

Thomas meanwhile went to open the door.

“They opened the door and stuck an M-4 (rifle) in my face. They were in full gear,” he said. There were at least six FBI thugs at his door with guns drawn.

He said he asked for a warrant, but they told him they would show it to him when they got downtown.

He said they put him in hand and ankle cuffs with chains and walked him down his driveway and down the street. The FBI also did the same to his wife, Daphne.

So nearly three and a half years after the fact, the FBI is still hunting J6’rs. They have no problem with all the real terrorists entering our country through Biden’s open border, but they want to get every last J6’r who strolled through the Capitol years ago so they can throw the book at them and toss them in the D.C. gulag. What a disgrace.

Muslim leaders declined invitations to Joe Biden's Ramadan break fast dinner over his response to the Israel-Hamas war, as his campaign has been attempting to court Muslim voters.

Despite a large Muslim Iftar celebration last year at the White House, only administration officials attended the Iftar dinner on Tuesday, according to The Associated Press

Emerge, a Muslim-American advocacy group that was invited to meet with Biden and other administration officials, said Tuesday, “We asked the White House to postpone this gathering and to convene a proper policy meeting with representatives of the community’s choosing, rather than those selected by the White House.”

The group called on the administration to “leverage its enormous support for Israel” and demand an “immediate and permanent ceasefire,” more aid into Gaza and a pathway to Palestinian statehood. The organization also called for the White House to resume funding for the United Nations Relief and Works Agency, which was put on hold after allegations emerged that the agency's employees participated in the Oct. 7, 2023, attack on Israel that resulted in the deaths of about 1,200 people.

The Council on American–Islamic Relations also rejected the Iftar invitation and led a group of 80 advocacy organizations in a letter criticizing Biden’s policies.

Tennessee is the first state to say NO to government-funded research into the use of mRNA vaccines in edible vegetables like lettuce and spinach.

The Tennessee House and Senate passed a bill last month which would require any food containing vaccines or vaccine nano-particles to be labeled as pharmaceutical drugs. It awaits the governor's signature.

Zero Hedge reports the bill comes in response to a University of California-Riverside research project looking into whether mRNA which targets pathogens could be implanted into edible plants, which would then be consumed. The research was funded by a $500,000 grant from the National Science Foundation.

According to WKRN-TV, Republican state Rep. Scott Cepicky stated during a House hearing in February:

“You would have to get a prescription for that to make sure that we know how much of the lettuce you have to eat based off of your body type so we don’t under-vaccinate you, which leads to the possibility of the efficacy of the drug being compromised, or we overdose you based off how much lettuce is [eaten].”

Cepicky said the bill would classify foods modified to act as vaccines as pharmaceuticals, meaning they would require a doctor’s prescription.

In a 2021 press release, UC Riverside professor of Botany and Plant Sciences, Juan Pablo, said “We are testing this approach with spinach and lettuce and have long-term goals of people growing it in their own gardens,” adding “Farmers could also eventually grow entire fields of it.”

According to Pablo, “a single plant would produce enough mRNA to vaccinate a single person.”

Another researcher said in the same release that they planned to use nanoparticles or “plant viruses, for gene delivery to plants.”

When asked by WKRN-TV about the status of the research, a UC Riverside spokesperson said the project is not yet complete.

Here is Rep. Thomas Massie, Republican of Kentucky, sounding the alarm about the risks of edible plant vaccines last fall in the Congress.

Time now for our Worldview Report commentary.

The CDC says it is taking the U.S. bird flu outbreak very seriously amid growing fears the virus could jump to humans and cause an epidemic.

And the U.S. media is doing its part to fan the flames of fear.

A farm worker in Texas became the second American ever to be infected with the H5N1 strain this week after catching it from an infected cow — also the first time that bird flu has been found in cattle.

Mandy Cohen, the agency's director, told NPR that officials were “monitoring the situation very closely” as farms in six states struggle with outbreaks on dairy farms.

One of the chief promoters of fear porn right now is the Daily Mail, a UK-based tabloid that has a U.S. bureau.

Here’s a quote from the Daily Mail’s story on Thursday, the second day in a row in which is has posted an article with a sensational headline about bird flu.

“The ease with which this virus is jumping between species raises the risk of it evolving to better infect people, which prompted one expert to tell DailyMail.com it could pose a greater risk than Covid.”

One person comes down with bird flu and suddenly we are in for something worse than Covid.

It then quoted Mandy Cohen saying: “That just means more opportunity for this virus to mutate and change. And that's what we want to make sure we are continuing to stay ahead of.”

So they found one “expert” who happens to head up the CDC to give them a dire prediction and based a whole story upon that one person’s comments.

It then went on to cite other “health experts” at the WHO and the EU to further fan the flames.

This is starting to feel like February 2020, when the first media stories rolled out hyping the Covid virus. Some of the early reports suggested that the mortality rate of Covid could exceed 20 percent or more. It was later determined to be less than 1 percent, and that was only because of the deadly hospital protocols that were established by the U.S. federal government health agencies.

So don’t buy into the hype. Be vigilant about your hygiene and your health, as you always should be, getting proper rest and nutrition, taking certain supplements, but go on living your life. You only have one.

That does it for this edition of the Worldview Report. Thanks for watching and supporting this viewer-supported broadcast.

Until next time…
