Good evening and welcome to the Worldview Report.

We lead off tonight with a report from The Daily Mail which says Russian military officials have quietly been supporting Iran with weapons and information as the crisis in the Middle East escalates to the point of a powder keg.

A strategic alliance between the two nations, reports the Washington Post, has seen Russia supply an array of artillery to Iran, including anti-aircraft launchers and drones.

The reported deals are evidence of a concerning dynamic between the two nations, which experts warn show Iran is growing in strength and negotiating power as it barrels towards war.

Hanna Notte, director of the Eurasia Nonproliferation Program at the James Martin Center for Nonproliferation Studies, told the Daily Mail:

“It’s no longer the patron-client dynamic, where Russia holds all the leverage. The Iranians are accruing benefits from this change. The nature of their relationship has gone beyond just getting things. There’s knowledge transfer, there’s intangible gains.”

In short, the Russian-Iranian relationship is becoming much like the U.S.-Israeli relationship, with military information going back and forth that benefits both parties.

Experts warned that the growing relationship between Russia and Iran took a large step forward in 2022, when Iran agreed to help bolster the invasion of Ukraine.

This agreement saw Iran supply thousands of battlefield drones and missiles, a move that the Kremlin has reportedly been interested in reciprocating

Russia has vowed to support Iran with air defense technology and advanced fighter jets, particularly as it is facing the possibility of counter strikes from Israel in the wake of its halted attack on Tel-Aviv last week.

Intelligence officials and weapons experts told the Washington Post that the supply of weapons to Iran make it a far more formidable military in modern warfare if it has an enhanced ability to shoot down planes and missiles.

Pro-Palestinian protesters shut down major bridges, roads, and highways across the United States on Monday, with CNN reporting that over 150 arrests were made.

Whether in Chicago, where demonstrators blocked a road to Terminal 1 at O’Hare, or in San Francisco, where protesters brought traffic to a halt on the Golden Gate bridge, there was generally tolerance of the disruptive demonstrations by those tasked with upholding law and order.

Here's a clip of footage in San Francisco.

Traffic was affected in two other areas in the Bay area by the protesters, with California Highway Patrol Chief Don Goodbrand saying “it was an orchestrated event.”

He added that:

“They blocked three separate locations on freeways. They prevented law enforcement, paramedics, ambulances from getting to their points of destination.”

But the exception was Florida, where these protests were handled quite differently.

Bryan Griffin, the communications director for Governor Ron DeSantis, posted a video to X saying, “In Florida, we drag these people out of the road and arrest them.”

A second GOP member of Congress is now calling for Speaker Mike Johnson to step aside.

Rep. Thomas Massie of Kentucky has now joined Marjorie Taylor Greene of Georgia in calling for an end to Johnson’s failed speakership.

Just the News reports that Massie predicts the effort to remove him from his post – which he now backs – will ultimately be successful.

Massie said he plans to co-sponsor the motion to vacate filed last month by Greene, over Johnson shepherding the passage of a $1.2 trillion spending bill to keep the government from going into a partial shutdown.

Johnson also supported the continuation of warrantless spying on Americans by the NSA.

Massie told reporters he is frustrated with Johnson's latest foreign give-away, which as of Tuesday does not include provisions to pay for it.

The plan would allow separate votes on aid to Israel, Ukraine and Taiwan. Massie explained that opposition to the proposal among Republicans is growing.

Massie also predicted there will be more support within the House Republican Conference to oust Johnson than there was during then-GOP Speaker Kevin McCarthy's removal in October 2023, which was a similar effort led by some of the chamber's most conservative members.

Massie told reporters:

“When it does happen, it's going to pass, the motion to vacate will pass. Is there something he can do now? I don't know, possibly.”

He argued that the House is “steering everything toward what Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer wants” and “there hasn't been a change.”

A federal appeals court on Tuesday overturned a West Virginia law that banned transgender girls from playing on girls' sports teams.

In a 2-1 ruling, the court ruled that the law violated Title IX, which prohibits gender discrimination in schools, according to The Associated Press.

The court also stated that the rule could not be applicable to 13-year-old Becky Pepper Jackson, a biological male who has been taking puberty-blocking drugs and publicly identified as a girl since elementary school.

If the law was enforced, Pepper Jackson, a boy pretending to be a girl, would have been removed from the middle school track team.

The American Civil Liberties Union filed a lawsuit on behalf of Pepper Jackson after GOP Gov. Jim Justice signed the transgender ban into law in 2021.

ACLU West Virginia attorney Joshua Block said in response to the ruling:

“This is a tremendous victory for our client, transgender West Virginians, and the freedom of all youth to play as who they are.”

West Virginia Attorney General Patrick Morrisey said he was disappointed in the decision. No word yet on whether Morrisey will appeal this to the Supreme Court.

In a case decided by the United States Supreme Court this week, there was a better outcome.

On Monday, the Supreme Court allowed Idaho to enforce a ban on so-called “gender affirming care” for minors. This includes puberty blockers, chemical hormone treatments, and surgeries that cut off healthy body parts.

According to The New York Times, three liberal Supreme Court justices, Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson, Justice Sonia Sotomayor, and Justice Elena Kagan, objected to allowing the ban to be enforced.

The law, passed by the state legislature and signed into law by Republican Governor Brad Little, makes it a felony for doctors to provide this kind of experimental, irreversible transgender healthcare for children. Besides Idaho, a total of 19 states, including Indiana, Tennessee, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Texas, Ohio and Louisiana, have banned these devastating procedures, so this was an important decision.

A 16-year-old student at Central Davidson High School in Lexington, North Carolina, faced a three-day suspension last week, the Carolina Journal reported.

The cause? His use of the term ‘illegal alien’ during a vocabulary assignment in English class.

The Carolina Journal has omitted the teenager’s name due to his minor status and in order to safeguard his privacy. Similarly, The Gateway Pundit has also chosen not to disclose the student’s identity.

Leah McGhee, the mother of the student, reported that the vocabulary exercise included the word ‘alien’. Trying to clarify, her son inquired, “Like space aliens or illegal aliens without green cards?”

This question led to a confrontation with another student, escalating to the point where the teacher summoned the assistant principal.

The administrative staff subsequently determined the term used by McGhee’s son was offensive and disrespectful towards Hispanic classmates, leading to his suspension.

In his defense, the student stated, “I didn’t make a statement directed towards anyone; I asked a question. I wasn’t speaking of Hispanics because everyone from other countries needs green cards, and the term ‘illegal alien’ is an actual term that I hear on the news and can find in the dictionary.”

The Carolina Journal reported that this suspension could potentially tarnish the student’s academic record and jeopardize his aspirations for an athletic scholarship. Besides being a diligent student, he is also a committed athlete, participating in school clubs, track, and cross country.

While the American education system is obsessed with making sure it doesn’t offend the gender-confused and illegal aliens, it has no such worries about offending Jewish students.

Most college campuses are not doing enough to protect Jewish students, with the Anti-Defamation League's latest “Antisemitism Report Card giving the schools a grade of C or below.

According to a report in Just the News, the organization published the report card results Tuesday after reviewing 85 schools and assigning them grades A through F. The goal is to give college leaders, parents, students, alumni and other interested parties a way to evaluate antisemitism on campus, the ADL said

Only two schools – Brandeis University in Massachusetts and Elon University in North Carolina – received an A, standing for “Ahead of the Pack.”

Of the 85 schools evaluated, 17 earned a B for Better than Most, 29 schools were given a C for Corrections Needed, 24 schools received a D for Deficient Approach and 13 schools earned an F for Failing.

ADL CEO Jonathan Greenblatt said:

“Every campus should get an A – that’s not grade inflation, that’s the minimum that every group on every campus expects. Like all students, Jewish students deserve to feel safe and supported on campus.”

The campuses that received an F grade include Harvard University, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Michigan State University, Princeton University, SUNY Purchase, SUNY Rockland Community College, Stanford University, Swarthmore College, Tufts University, University of Chicago, University of Massachusetts, Amherst, University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, and the University of Virginia.

Of the eight Ivy League schools, only one – Dartmouth – received a C. The rest of the Ivies received grades of D or F.

In a social media post, tech executive Greg Isenberg, CEO of Late Checkout, shared his encounter with a 24-year-old man in Miami who admitted to spending $10,000 per month on so-called AI girlfriends, predicting that this growing trend could lead to a billion-dollar industry.

The New York Post reports that the concept of AI-generated virtual companions has been gaining traction in recent years, with various platforms offering users the opportunity to create and customize their own AI girlfriends. These virtual partners can engage in conversations, provide emotional support, and even participate in sexual acts, depending on the user’s preferences.

Isenberg stated in a post to X that we’re talking about the AI robot version of modern dating apps.

“Someone will build the AI-version of Match Group and make $1B+. I met some guy last night in Miami who admitted to me that he spends $10,000/month on AI girlfriends. I thought he was kidding. But, he's a 24-year-old single guy who loves it. I asked him what he loved about it.”

The young man responded by saying, “Some people play video games, I play with AI girlfriends…I get to customize my AI girlfriend. Likes, dislikes etc. It's comfort at the end of the day.”

Isenberg said he was left speechless. He then presented photos of a few of the deep fake women being constructed through AI. They look real, but aren't, leading Isenberg to conclude: “AI models are starting to look freakishly real to me. Maybe you too. Things are about to get pretty weird.”

National Public Radio suspended its senior business editor Uri Berliner following remarks he made accusing the network of biased reporting.

Berliner, in an explosive interview with journalist Bari Weiss on her podcast criticized the organization’s editorial standards, saying they were skewed against former President Donald Trump.

Berliner expressed his concerns about the network’s journalistic integrity, highlighting the disparate treatment of news stories depending on their political implications. He said:

“Here was a president who, you know, I believed was belligerent and ill-informed and not a good person by any standard measure of decency. But I think we developed a different standard of coverage for Trump than any other politician. And I think that that led us to serious problems in our coverage. I mean one of them was not so much about Trump but connected to Trump was the Hunter Biden laptop where you know, one of our top news managers, when The Post published this explosive story, said we’re not gonna cover this.”

He elaborated further on the political implications, stating:

“We’re not gonna cover stories that aren’t stories and we’re not gonna let our audience be distracted by this. And you know, this was right before the election and you know, I remember a conversation with a group of us and you know, one of the great journalists at NPR, someone who was very fair minded said, look, I’m glad we’re not covering this because it could help Trump. And this was when I think things were going off the rails in terms of the basic standards of how we cover politicians and stories.”

Berliner also penned an essay for the online news outlet The Free Press, titled “I’ve Been at NPR for 25 Years. Here’s How We Lost America’s Trust.”

Berliner specifically criticized the network’s handling of various major topics throughout the 2020s, such as transgender rights, the conflict between Israel and Hamas, and the COVID pandemic.

The Indiana Capital Chronicle reports that an Indiana National Guard member reportedly shot an illegal immigrant who stabbed another unlawful immigrant at the U.S.-Mexico border.

According to an internal Border Patrol bulletin obtained by News Nation, a member of the Indiana National Guard discharged his weapon at an illegal alien who was stabbing another illegal immigrant on U.S. soil near the edge of the Rio Grande River.

The National Guard’s Media Department responded to the shooting by releasing a statement that reads, “The Indiana National Guard is aware of the incident that happened Sunday, April 14. We support and care for our soldiers and airmen supporting Operation Lone Star,” added the National Guard.

At the beginning of April, Indiana sent guard members to the southern border to assist Governor Greg Abbott’s Operation Lonestar, which aims to “enforce federal and state laws preventing migration along the border.”

Time now for our Worldview Report commentary.

The Independent Sentinel reports that there were no jurors selected on the first day of Donald Trump’s NDA (hush money) trial, and corrupt Soros district attorney Alvin Bragg, who lets violent criminals roam free, wants three violations of the gag order slapped on the former president.

Bragg, the Manhattan District Attorney, filed a motion Tuesday seeking to hold Trump in contempt for alleged violations of his gag order in the New York criminal case.

According to the filing, Bragg alleges that Donald Trump, posting on his Truth Social account, is “attacking two known witnesses — Michael Cohen and Stormy Daniels.”

The Independent Sentinel notes that Stormy Daniels can make so-called documentaries calling Trump a potential murderer, and Cohen, a convicted liar, can call Trump horrendous names, but Trump can’t defend himself.

Bragg, who had never met a thief or police attacker he didn’t like, wants Mr. Trump to be fined $3000.

After day one of the trial in Manhattan, Trump attorney Alina Habba said there is “no chance he can get a fair trial here.”

And, Breitbart reported Tuesday, don’t choke on your coffee, that the judge overseeing this criminal trial, New York Supreme Court Justice Juan Merchan, is a Biden donor.

This is a charade. A game being played by the left with the intention of disrupting the 2024 presidential elections. Anyone who can’t see that by now is either so invested in the re-election of Joe Biden that they’re willfully blind, or they are just plain stupid.

The deep state has been pushing us toward civil war for the past several years. What better way to finally push us over the edge than to convict and imprison one side’s candidate? It does not get any more provocative than this, folks.

Throw the opposition’s candidate in jail this summer, watch the chaos ensue as Trump supporters get out in the streets and then the left unleashes its thugs on them, perhaps provoking attacks and counter-attacks, and you have the perfect scenario for martial law and the suspension of the election.

There are other scenarios that are potentially just as scary. I would be shocked if the globalists manipulating the two-party system allow the election to be carried out in peace, and with tabulation of the votes to be free and fair. I hope I’m wrong. America doesn’t need civil war. That would finish us off as a nation. Please join me in praying against this evil agenda.

That does it for this edition of the Worldview Report. Thanks for watching and supporting this viewer-supported broadcast.
