John Loeffer: November 14, 2016
After the election this week, many across America are asking, what happened? In this week’s boralogue, John shows that reality became real and now the elites and the media are continuing to push the same narrative they’ve always had, only massaged to accommodate for the new reality. It turns out that when you demean a large portion of the population by calling them racists and other names, that portion grows weary and votes out your candidate.
How are college students reacting to Donald Trump’s election? William Nardi (www.therabblerouser.org), current sophomore at Roger Williams University, joins us to show that students are angry, crying, and at times committing vandalism. Part of the problem lies with politically correct narratives that are taught at an early age and carry over into college.
Finally we explore the topic of euthanasia in Europe and Canada. Wesley Smith (www.discovery.org), Senior Director at the Discovery Institute discusses human exceptionalism and medical discrimination and how doctors, hospitals, insurance providers, and progressive policies are removing patient choice from end of life decisions. How soon before this becomes a reality in America?
John’s quote of the week:
“It’s the very fact that they’ve done nothing but called the people in flyover land names with little rational argument that people voted the way they did. They’re sick and tired of it.”
