The Attorney General of Israel has said that he intends to indict the Prime Minister of Israel. The key phrase is, "he intends to indict", not that he has indicted the PM , as of today. Before an indictment the accused must be given his day in court. That is the due process of the law and will also happen for the Israeli PM.
