Hope for Grieving Saints | 1 Thessalonians 4:13-17 | Part 2 Our message again today is called “Hope for Grieving Saints,” in which there is great encouragement for those who put their faith in the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ. When you die in the LORD, when you ‘fall asleep in Jesus,’ you go to be with Him in spirit. This was a complete mystery to the early church – and in this earliest epistle written by Paul to appear in our Bible, Paul is sharing brand new, hope-filled information with the Thessalonians about the future for our loved ones who have passed away in Christ, and also about the future for us, the faithful who remain here on earth, and the rapture of the Church.
