After the deadly shootings at Umpqua Community College in Roseburg, Oregon, killing 9 plus the shooter, the smoke had hardly cleared and very few facts were known when Barack Obama appeared and made a statement bout the need for stricter gun controls. But in fact the shooter had passed background checks when purchasing his guns, and the shootings took place--as is usually the case--in a "Gun Free" zone at a school, ensuring there would be no one else armed to confront the shooter. Obama even suggested gun laws like in Australia, which has banned guns altogether!
