The Strong Cities Network is a national initiative that will be supported by the United Nations which Tim Brown noted is neither American or Christian. The network will bring to the federal government, initiatives that are part of other nation's governments. It will not be based upon the Constitution. This is important because as Tim pointed out, the Constitution is not the law of the land. It is the law that binds and restricts federal electives.
