Last week it was announced that scientists have been able to create human embryos, sacrifice them and create embryonic stem cell lines. This seems to be unnecessary because science has seen great success with induced pluripotent stem cells, umbilical cord blood stem cells, amniotic fluid stem cells and bone marrow stem cells.
