The Environmental Protection Agency has released its final rule which defines the waters of the United States. This rule has been defined as marking the beginning of a new era in the history of the Clean Water Act. Is this rule a true step forward in environmental stewardship or is it just another federal power grab? Joining Jim to discuss this was Tom DeWeese.
