The following are some of the gun-rights news items that are dealt with on this Second Amendment edition of Crosstalk, a broadcast that also featured comments and the concerns of the listening audience. --A 72 year old retired school teacher in New Jersey, who is a collector of 18th century memorabilia, faces a 10 year felony sentence for the possession of an unloaded, 300 year old flintlock pistol. His pension is now in jeopardy. --A plan is being considered to ban AR-15 rounds calling them 'armor piercing'. Since this round can be shot with a pistol, the Obama administration is arguing for a ban because it's not for sporting purposes. --Connecticut Senator Chris Murphy wants to limit standard magazines across the entire nation to 10 rounds. --No new guns can be sold in California that don't have micro-stamping capability from the hammer to the bullet so that it can be determined what gun the bullet was fired from. --The Concealed Carry Reciprocity Act (S-498/HR-923)--If you're licensed to carry in your home state, you'd be legal to carry in all 50 states.
