Leading us off tonight, Archbishop Carlo Vigano, an arch-conservative and anti-globalist voice for freedom, has been notified that he is being summoned to the Vatican for a show trial that will lead to his ex-communication from the Church.

Archbishop Vigano has stood up against COVID mandates that crushed individual rights worldwide, and has also spoken out boldly against stolen elections. He has called out Pope Francis for his destructive actions against the church and others like China and the World Economic Forum. For this he is being excommunicated from the Catholic Church.

A message from Archbishop Vigano’s X account was posted Thursday morning, stating that the bishop will be given an extra-judicial criminal trial on charges or “schism.”

The bishop wrote:

“The Dicastery for the Doctrine of the Faith has informed me, with a simple email, of the initiation of an extrajudicial penal trial against me, with the accusation of having committed the crime of schism and charging me of having denied the legitimacy of “Pope Francis” of having broken communion “with Him” and of having rejected the Second Vatican Council. I have been summoned to the Palace of the Holy Office on June 20, in person or represented by a canon lawyer. I assume that the sentence has already been prepared, given that it is an extrajudicial process.”

He further stated that: 

“I regard the accusations against me as an honor. I believe that the very wording of the charges confirms the theses that I have repeatedly defended in my various addresses. It is no coincidence that the accusation against me concerns the questioning of the legitimacy of Jorge Mario Bergoglio and the rejection of Vatican II: the Council represents the ideological, theological, moral, and liturgical cancer of which the Bergoglian ‘synodal church’ is the necessary metastasis.”

Some you Microsoft Windows users may have noticed that the latest version of the do-it-all personal computer software is coming with more invasive features that privacy experts warn is giving the term “spyware” to a whole new meaning.

It’s called co-pilot and it scoops up your entire browser history every few minutes through the use of artificial intelligence.

Citizen journalist and tech researcher Ian Miles Cheong posted this explanatory video to his X account.

That’s a big wow. And unless you have your settings configured in such a way that updates require your approval, the update will take place on your PC automatically. Eventually, opting out of auto-updates may not even be allowed.

And, as she pointed out in the video, this system is also open to hacking mischief.

The Daily Caller News Foundation reports that restoring Integrity and Trust in Elections (RITE) filed a lawsuit on Tuesday against the city of Burlington, Vermont, for allowing illegals and other non-citizens to participate in its elections.

RITE filed the lawsuit against the city of Burlington for allowing noncitizens to vote in local city or Burlington School District elections. The lawsuit alleges that in doing so, the city violated “voter’s qualifications” enshrined in the Vermont State Constitution.

Derek Lyons, president of RITE, said in a press release:

“Activists are working overtime to undermine democracy in Vermont by extending the right to vote to noncitizens. This anti-democratic agenda is progressing at an alarming pace.”

RITE further alleged:

“The city’s annual education budget is funded with tax dollars through the State Education Fund, which is created by the Board of School Commissioners. By allowing noncitizens to vote to elect School commissioners, they now ‘have the power to affect financial decisions that have implications for all Vermont taxpayers.’”

In November 2018, a similar provision was approved by the city of Montpelier allowing noncitizens to vote in certain local elections. Two years later in November of 2020, the city of Winooski approved a measure allowing noncitizens to vote in all city elections.

The Vermont General Assembly voted to approve the Montpelier and Winooski amendments in May of 2021, but were vetoed by Republican Gov. Phil Scott later that June. The General Assembly overrode those vetoes later that month, approving the amendments.

An officer with the Evansville, Indiana, Police Department resigned earlier this month after an audit showed he used Clearview an AI-powered facial-recognition technology for “personal purposes” over a span of several months, Chief of Police Phil Smith disclosed during a news conference on June 18th.

According to a report by the Courier & Press, Smith told reporters that the officer, Michael Eric Dockery, had used the powerful AI software suite in ways that violated Clearview AI’s terms of service, an outcome that some privacy advocates have long pointed to as a potential risk for departments that adopt the technology.

Dockery, a nearly 5-year veteran of the department, resigned on June 5th after Smith placed him on a 21-day unpaid suspension, according to the minutes of a police commission meeting last week. 

Smith said he recommended that Dockery be fired, but Dockery resigned before the merit commission could take such a step.

The incident involving Dockery was “not a criminal matter,” according to Smith, who assured the public that his is working to install safeguards against future such abuses.

The Courier & Press first published a report about the EPD’s use of Clearview AI tools last year after the newspaper reviewed police records and company documents. At the time, public officials outside the department said they knew little about how the technology worked or was used.

The police chief has maintained that the software is a highly effective investigative tool when used responsibly. The problem lies in the dark side of AI technologies and this is just the tip of the iceberg in terms of how people will be abused by this powerful new tool.

Clearview AI, a New York-based technology company, operates one of the most powerful facial recognition suites in the world and has obtained billions of what it has called “face print” images from social media sites, mugshot repositories and even payment transaction applications.

Law enforcement agencies who purchase the software can compare images obtained during investigations with Clearview AI’s database without the need to obtain a warrant.

LifeSite News reports that the COVID-19 shots carry hugely increased risks of blood clots to the brain, according to a newly-published study by a team of medical experts that includes prominent critics of the COVID establishment such as Dr. Peter McCullough.

The study by Drs. McCullough, Kirstin Cosgrove, James Thorp, and Claire Rogers examined data on reports of cerebral thrombo-embolism, which is blood clots that block cerebral veins or brain arteries, interfering with blood and oxygen flow to the brain. This takes place in some COVID shot recipients, according to reports submitted to the U.S. Centers for Disease Control & Prevention and federal Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) from January 1990 all the way through December 2023.

It found 5,137 cases reported in the three years the COVID injections have been available, compared to just 52 associated with influenza vaccines and 282 for all other vaccines over the past three decades, for a risk more than 200 times greater from the new shots.

LifeSite News also reports that a 67-year-old German doctor has been sentenced to two years and eight months in prison for issuing exemptions to mask and COVID shot mandates. 

Dr. Bianca Witzschel was also banned from working as a doctor for three years and fined around $50,472, which the court claims is equal to the amount that she reportedly made for issuing around 1,000 exemptions.

Apollo News reports that Witzschel is said to have issued “fake” certificates that exempted patients from wearing masks or receiving the experimental COVID jab in 1,003 cases across Germany between 2021 and 2022.

The ruling also mentioned the fact that the German doctor is said to have identified herself as a member of the “Reichsbürger” movement – a group that is said to reject the modern German state – and to have been part of the “Indigenous People of the Germanites.”

The German judge completely disregarded overwhelming evidence that the experimental COVID injections have caused millions of deaths and serious injuries and the dramatic recent pronouncement from a former Japanese government minister apologizing for such deaths, as well as widespread evidence that masks do not stop the spread of COVID and can actually harm users.

The state of Kansas has filed a lawsuit against Pfizer alleging the company misled the public about the safety and effectiveness of its COVID-19 vaccine including by working to censor critical information on social media. 

In a lawsuit filed on Monday, the Kansas Attorney General’s office alleges Pfizer made false statements about the safety of its COVID-19 vaccine and then worked to “conceal and suppress” information linking it to various adverse events including myocarditis and failed pregnancies. 

According to a report by Market Watch, Kansas AG Kris Kobach said:

“Pfizer made multiple misleading statements to deceive the public about its vaccine at a time when Americans needed the truth.”

In 2021, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration added a warning to Pfizer’s vaccine that it increased the risk of myocarditis and pericarditis in males aged 18-39. 

The lawsuit says Pfizer failed to publicly disclose records of adverse events while also repeatedly stating that its vaccine was safe, even as its own data showed links between the COVID-19 vaccine and various health problems.

Pfizer then put pressure on social media platforms including what was then called Twitter to censor statements critical of its vaccine and of the wider response to the COVID-19 pandemic, according to the lawsuit. 

This saw Pfizer contribute towards multiple campaigns aimed at tackling what it said was misinformation. Pfizer board member Scott Gottlieb, the former FDA commissioner, also repeatedly contacted Twitter staff, calling on them to take action against posts critical of the Covid jabs, including one by former New York Times reporter Alex Berenson before his account was banned the following day.

United States Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen recently commented that the seizure of hundreds of billions of dollars worth of Russian assets is not a legal issue, and claimed it’s justified because it “generated income for the institution,” establishing a questionable precedent for Americans and their interest-earning bank accounts.

After seizing frozen Russian assets from months ago, the U.S. and other G7 leaders recently agreed that those seized assets could be stolen from Russia and used to fund Ukrainian military operations in the form of a loan. 

These Russian assets sitting in banks in the U.S. and Europe that are worth more than $300 billion. 

This is part of a much broader deal the U.S. made with Ukraine to fund and subsidize its operations for another guaranteed 10 years.  Even President Trump has said he is in favor of a loan to Ukraine, he said in April.

Roughly $50 billion of that will initially be allocated to Ukraine.

Russian President Vladimir Putin responded by calling it “theft,” and threatened much greater consequences and retaliation. Yellen was asked to respond to these claims. She claimed that “there is no sense at all in which it’s theft,” and claimed that interest accrued on them didn’t belong to them and is perfectly fine to take.

Yellen responded by saying:

“There is no sense at all in which it’s theft. The Russian assets remain in this institution, they’ve been impounded. The Investments that Russia have matured so Russia’s funds are sitting in cash, but they’re generating income for the institution which Russia has no claim on, so there’s no legal issue here.”

If Russia’s money is no longer Russia’s because it’s sitting in a U.S. bank earning interest, then why is any bank account safe from the same type of theft? Of course it isn’t. These are modern day robber barons.

When the cast and creators of the TV show Queer Eye met with Vice President Kamala Harris in her ceremonial office on Thursday, there was very quickly a reminder that the show’s impact was far greater than style guidance.

Marking Pride Month, Harris called the series “groundbreaking” in that it raised the consciousness of the LGBTQ+ community.

Kamala Harris met with executive producers David Collins and Michael Williams, current cast members Karamo Brown and Jonathan Van Ness, and original cast members Carson Kressley and Jai Rodriguez. The show launched on Bravo in 2003 and then returned on Netflix in 2018.

Kressley said, “One of the most grateful things I have for that show is that so many young people come up to me today … and say, ‘Your show helped me come out because it allowed a safe dialogue with my family to say, ‘Oh, he’s OK.’”

Kressley added that that some viewers of the show had told him that they were some of the first gay people they met. 

Kressley noted that “it was a very subversive thing, because we were just coming in an doing good work, and being joyful warriors” for the gay agenda.

The NFL’s Buffalo Bills announced during gay pride month that they are “proud” to help launch a new “National Gay Flag Football League (NGFFL).” 

The NFL team will be one of the initial sponsors of a NGFFL chapter in Buffalo. The NGFFL is a nonprofit sports organization that seeks to promote the positive social and athletic enjoyment of American flag football, according to a press release issued by the Buffalo Bills, which includes a comment by NGFFL Commissioner Joel Horton:

“We are thrilled to bring inclusive flag football to Buffalo with the support of the Buffalo Bills. This exciting addition joins 27 other cities, and over 4,000 players, including straight allies, in the National Gay Flag Football League.”

Horton noted that this collaboration between the NFL and the new Gay Flag Football league is a “game-changer for bringing LGBTQ+ organized football to Buffalo.” The Buffalo Bills join several other NFL teams including the Giants, Patriots, Jets, Dolphins, Cardinals, Bears, Commanders, and Seahawks “in making our growing league even more inclusive. Our mission is to unite the community through the spirit of competition while celebrating our diversity. By fostering an environment where everyone is welcome, we aim to build a stronger, more inclusive Buffalo. Together, with the backing of the Buffalo Bills, we are creating a space where all individuals can participate, compete, and thrive.”

In case you haven’t realized it yet, the NFL is one of the most woke organizations you will find in America. The fact that the vast majority of NFL fans could do without this type of pandering to the cultural Marxists makes no difference to them. They will try to cram it down everyone’s throat, like it or not. Why? Because the NFL is a major recipient of tax breaks and other government handouts from Washington. They care more about retaining to profits and pleasing their benefactors than about catering to their fan base. 

The best way to nip this in the bud would be through a boycott but unfortunately not enough fans will put their money where their mouth is and tune out the NFL.
