Good evening and welcome to the Worldview Report.

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton has issued an advisory to Texas schools, warning of potential legal action against any school district that adopts policies and procedures that align with the federal Department of Education (DOE) revised Title IX rules that include provisions allowing female-identifying male students access to female-only spaces like locker rooms and bathrooms.

According to an article in the Epoch Times, Paxton issued the warning in a June 18 advisory, which said he is prepared to take legal action against any Texas school district that crafts policies such as allowing men into women’s bathrooms or requiring teachers or students to address others using their preferred pronouns rather than pronouns that match their biological sex.

In April, the Biden administration announced a final rule expanding the decades-old Title IX law that prohibits sex discrimination in schools to now include issues of so-called sexual orientation and gender identity. The move sparked a flurry of lawsuits from 15 Republican-led states, including Texas.

The Title IX changes - which Paxton described in his advisory to Texas schools as “radical” and “unlawful” - gave men who identify as women the right to use female restrooms and locker rooms, and to join female-only clubs and sports teams.

The revised rules also redefined the term harassment to include someone addressing another person using pronouns that conform to their biological sex rather than their chosen gender identity.

Russian authorities said six people died and more than 120 were wounded in Ukrainian drone and missile attacks on Sunday in which U.S. weaponry was used.

Among the dead were five people – including two children – who were hit by falling debris from Ukrainian missiles that were shot down over a coastal area in Sevastopol, a port city in Russian-held Crimea. Another person died in Russia’s Belgorod region, bordering Ukraine, according to the regional governor.

Russian state news agency RIA Novosti, citing the Health Ministry, said 124 people were wounded in Sevastopol. Falling rocket fragments caused a forest fire and set a residential building ablaze, RIA Novosti said, noting that a fifth missile had exploded over the city.

Russia’s Defense Ministry said both Ukraine and the U.S. bore “responsibility for a deliberate missile strike on civilians.” It said that U.S.-supplied ATACMS missiles were used in the Ukrainian attack.

Russia declared Monday a day of mourning in Sevastopol, with all public events canceled.

France’s Muslims are taking to the streets, warning that if right-wing parties win in upcoming elections, they will burn down the entire country.

France has Western Europe’s largest Muslim population, so this is no small threat. In fact, they’ve already started to make good on the threat, with mobs of young Muslim men throwing Molotov cocktails at buildings in Paris.

Those stats he threw out should be alarming. Most Americans are brainwashed to think that we have vastly superior weaponry than anyone else in the world. But Dr. Peter Pry, who appeared on my show countless times before his death two years ago, and warned that the opposite is true. Here, we see Kennedy issuing the same type of warning when he said the Russians have 2,500 more nuclear weapons than we do, and they also have better defensive weapons than the U.S.

Nuclear war with the Russians should be the last idea our government ever entertains, and yet that seems to be exactly what they are doing.

Yet another Boeing aircraft has suffered a near-catastrophic failure in mid-air.

While flying from London’s Heathrow Airport to San Francisco, a Virgin Atlantic Boeing passenger jet suffered a  cracked windshield at 40,000 feet.

The Boeing airplane, which was packed full of passengers, was forced to return to the UK and make an emergency landing.

Photographs show that a central window pane is shattered with cracks in several areas, but investigators have been unable to determine what caused the damage.

Slay News reports that a government contractor has blown the whistle to reveal that Covid mRNA shots didn’t just suddenly appear in response to the pandemic but had, in fact, been in the making for two decades.

During a bombshell interview, Dr. David Martin exposes the detailed planning of the mRNA injections.

While working as a U.S. government contractor, Martin says he witnessed decades of criminal preparations, years before Covid emerged in early 2020.

Speaking with Infowars’ Alex Jones, Martin outlined the government’s long-term plot to develop and release the Covid virus.

Martin said globalists had the pandemic planned decades in advance.

The entire exercise over the last four-and-a-half years was designed to willfully mislead the population into taking something into their bodies that would not have otherwise ever been accepted.

Dr. David Martin said:

“Since 2002, there has not been a coronavirus; there has been an engineered pathogen. Engineered by Ralph Baric at the University of Carolina Chapel Hill where, in 2002, he patented the infectious, replication defective, clone of coronavirus. We have a commercially interested group of sociopaths who want to make money while killing people. That’s the bottom line.”

He said the so-called coronavirus that has been branded to be part of Covid-19, does not exist, adding that:

“What does exist is a pathogen modeled off of properties of what was once upon a time isolated as coronavirus. Properties that increased its pathogenicity and increased its toxicity but … decreased its transmissibility.”

“In 2002 it was patented to be non-transmissable.”

The bottom line is this: The coronavirus has been man-made since 2002 and has not been a pathogen of nature. Over roughly the same time frame, the government has been funding research on a new type of gene therapy injection that would be falsely marketed as a vaccine. It is not a vaccine in any sense of the word, but when the government and media called it that, the vast majority of the American public trusted that it would be good for them.

Louisiana has become the first state to require that the Ten Commandments be displayed in every public school classroom under a bill signed into law by Republican Governor Jeff Landry last Wednesday.

The Associated Press reports that the GOP-drafted legislation mandates that a poster-sized display of the Ten Commandments in “large, easily readable font” be required in all public classrooms, from kindergarten to state-funded universities. Although the bill did not receive final approval from Landry, the time for gubernatorial action — to sign or veto the bill — has lapsed.

Opponents question the law’s constitutionality, and the American Civil Liberties Union has already vowed to fight the proposal in court. 

Proponents say the purpose of the measure is not solely religious, but that it has historical significance. In the law’s language, the Ten Commandments are described as “foundational documents of our state and national government.”

The displays, which will be paired with a four-paragraph “context statement” describing how the Ten Commandments “were a prominent part of American public education for almost three centuries,” must be in place in classrooms by the start of 2025.

The posters would be paid for through donations. State funds will not be used to implement the mandate, based on language in the legislation.

The law also authorizes — but does not require — the display of the Mayflower Compact, the Declaration of Independence and the Northwest Ordinance in K-12 public schools.

Similar bills requiring the Ten Commandments be displayed in classrooms have been proposed in other states including Texas, Oklahoma and Utah. However, with threats of legal battles over the constitutionality of such measures, no state besides Louisiana has had success in making the bills law.

Louisiana’s law, in a state ensconced in the Bible Belt, comes during a new era of conservative leadership in the state under Landry, who replaced two-term Democratic Governor John Bel Edwards in January.

The Department of Defense is funding a bio-industrial manufacturing company that has proposed feeding U.S. troops lab-grown meat to help reduce the CO2 footprint of food production.

But the government contractor, a company called BioMADE, is receiving huge pushback from some members of Congress as well as from cattle producers who argue the troops would be treated like “lab rats.”

Just the News reports that the company received a $450 million budget increase from the DOD last year which BioMADE said would strengthen the education and innovation for bioindustrial manufacturing.

The proposal from BioMADE includes growing meat and other kinds of food by “utilizing one carbon molecule feedstocks for food production.”

As of now, this process is still in the experimental phase.

According to the report, the soldiers will be given food that uses “novel cell culture methods suitable for the production of cultivated meat/protein.”

This report has led to criticism from cattle producers who have described the government research grant given to BioMADE as outrageous. 

National Cattlemen’s Beef Association Vice President of Government Affairs Ethan Lane said in a statement to Just the News:

“It is outrageous that the Department of Defense is spending millions of taxpayer dollars to feed our heroes like lab rats.”

He went on to say that U.S. troops deserve so much better than fake meat grown in a lab, stating:

“U.S. cattle producers raise the highest-quality beef in the world, with the lowest carbon footprint – and American troops deserve to be served that same wholesome, natural meat and not ultra-processed, lab-grown protein that is cooked up in a chemical-filled bioreactor. This misguided research project is a giant slap in the face to everyone that has served our country.”

Last week a 25-year-old illegal alien from Ecuador by the name of Christian Geovanny Inga-Landi, was arrested on multiple charges including rape and kidnapping of two 13-year-old children, one a girl and the other a boy.

Mr. Inga-Landi coerced the two kids into the woods at knifepoint, tied them up, and then proceeded to rape the girl while forcing the boy to watch.

A warrant was put out for his arrest, along with a facial sketch, a picture of his wild boar tattoo, along with still photos from a security camera.

Several Queens residents recognized the illegal alien in a deli and waited for him to return to his favorite areas. These individuals, dubbed Good Samaritans by local media, proceeded to jump the suspect late at night and give him what one local reporter described as a beatdown.

Inga-Landi pleaded that the group stop beating him up and said he promised to return to Ecuador, but the Queens men kept him apprehended until police arrived.

One of the guys involved in capturing the rapist said, “Boom. He comes. We caught him. Spot him, got him.” Another lady involved told reporters, “We just happened to see the suspect, and we acted accordingly.”

Another one of them said he dragged the illegal out of a deli, punched and kicked him, threw him to the ground, put him in a headlock and tied his ankles together with a belt.

“He started yelling, ‘help, help, help’ in Spanish. And I’m like, ‘Yeah, that’s what the little girl was saying.'”

In recognition of International Day for Countering Hate Speech on June 18th – yes, they have a day for that – the United Nations Secretary-General called for the eradication of so-called “hate speech” around the world.

UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres delivered a prepared speech, published on June 17th, in which he stated:

“Hate speech is a marker of discrimination, abuse, violence, conflict and even crimes against humanity.  We have seen this play out from Nazi Germany to Rwanda, Bosnia and beyond.  There is no acceptable level of hate speech; we must all work to eradicate it completely.”

He added that:

“Hate speech today targets a broad range of groups, often based on grounds of race, ethnicity, religion, belief or political affiliation.  Recent months have seen an upsurge in both antisemitic and anti-Muslim hate speech online and in public comments by influential leaders.  Hate speech may be used against women, refugees, migrants, gender-diverse and trans people, and minorities.  It is massively amplified by the power of digital platforms and tools that enable it to spread across borders and cultures.”

And here’s the kicker. He noted that:

“States have an obligation under international law to prevent and combat incitement to hatred and to promote diversity, mutual understanding and solidarity.  They must step up and implement these commitments, while ensuring that the measures they take preserve freedom of speech and protect minorities and other communities.”

Here’s the message coming out of the U.N. Unless you are part of a protected sexual minority, or racial minority, you are not allowed to have an opinion that goes against the globalist narrative. If you do, you had better keep it to yourself or you will face a fine or even imprisonment. 

Guterres added that “the United Nations Strategy and Plan of Action on Hate Speech provides a framework to tackle both the causes and impacts of this scourge. And the United Nations is currently preparing Global Principles for Information Integrity to guide decision-makers around these issues.”

That the UN actually has a “Plan of Action” to curtail our speech should send chills down the spine of every freedom-loving American, or Canadian, or European.

Time now for our Worldview Report commentary.

Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán said in his weekly radio interview that NATO will send troops on a mission to Ukraine, but that Hungary will not take part in it.

Orbán stated:

“A minimum goal has been achieved. The European train is heading for war... I can pull the emergency brake, the train will stop, and the Hungarians will be able to disembark… If the stars are favorable, and it will be possible to convince the conductor, then no one will continue.”

He added that:

“I agreed with the Secretary General of NATO that Hungary will get off the train. NATO will have a military mission in Ukraine, but Hungary will not participate in it with weapons, money or soldiers.”

The Hungarian Prime Minister went on to say that “only former U.S. President Donald Trump, if he returns to the White House after the November election, will be able to stop the train.”

Orban is one of only two elected leaders of the 32 NATO-member countries, the other being Robert Fico, the prime minister of Slovakia, who have voiced any opposition to the drive toward a broader NATO war with Russia. The governments of the other 30 NATO countries are all on board the train and ready for the ride, with seemingly no thought or concern for where it may lead.

We need more adults in the room, and we need them now. We need them to take a good hard look at the reckless policy being pursued with regard to Russia, deliberately poking the bear and trying to provoke a major military response. World War III benefits no one other than the military-industrial complex and a relatively few big bankers. Other than that, we all lose.
