Brannon Howse:  Welcome, glad you're with us.  Gen. McInerney joins us again today with Mary Fanning, and today we're being added by Mary's coauthor, Alan Jones.  Please make sure we get the name right here.  It's Alan Jones that joins us.

All right, one of the most disturbing things to me last night, Mary and Alan, is that these guys are using this software. It was created in 2003 with Dennis Montgomery working for the military to keep America safe after 9/11 in – I think I wrote the date down somewhere in here – February 3, 2009.

It is commandeered by Obama and his team, Brennan and Clapper, you guys report.  They begin to weaponize this as a tool against the American people, against the Supreme Court, against elected officials in the House and Senate, businesspeople.  But what is most shocking to me, they begin to use this powerful tool against the American people, apparently I guess breaking constitutional law, federal law, all kinds of laws.  They're surveilling churches as well, churches, Christian churches and synagogues.

Alan, that to me was one of the most shocking things in the report by Mary Fanning.  Would you comment on this?

Alan Jones:  This is absolutely chilling, and all you have to do is look at history to see what happens when you have tyrannical regimes starting to target Christians and Jews.  This is a very dark turn in this story, and I think it needs to be looked at very closely.

Brannon Howse:  All right, it does need to be looked at very, very closely.  This is what you would see, Mary, in a tyrannical government behind the former Iron Curtain, the former USSR.  This is what you would expect there, surveilling churches and synagogues, would you not?

Mary Fanning:  This is reminiscent of Nazi Germany and, as I said, the coming of the Third Reich in the book.  There are too many similarities.  It's chilling.

Brannon Howse:  Yeah, it is chilling, and it's dangerous.  If they were doing this quietly, now it's out in the open, as I said last night.  Does this not make them more dangerous, Alan?

Alan Jones:  Absolutely, because we don't know what they're gonna do with the information.  Right now you have AOC, the super liberal member of Congress and the Squad talking about collecting names of Trump supporters and canceling them.  Where are we going with this?

Brannon Howse:  Yeah, and then we had, what, a former tech CEO talking about, "Once the revolution is complete, we put the capitalists against the wall and shoot 'em"?

Alan Jones:  Yeah.

Mary Fanning:  Well, we also had the vice presidential candidate Kamala Harris say the same thing.

Brannon Howse:  And then you had the former Sec. of Labor Robert Reich talking about putting together some kind of commission to make sure they go after anyone that supported Trump with his policies, correct?

Mary Fanning:  Correct.

Brannon Howse:  All right, Alan, tell me.  I've got all kinds of paperwork here in front of me.  But tell me what you found, because again we've heard a lot from Mary and from the general.  The general – I just got a text – is bombarded with interviews.  We gave him the option to show up or not show up because we know he's getting requested for so many interviews.

It's so good that he is doing that because, Mary, you will agree that having a retired three-star general with the bio of Gen. McInerney doing radio interviews on this topic is absolutely essential.  Would you agree?

Mary Fanning:  This is a man of sterling character and reputation.  He was in charge of our nuclear weapons.  He's coming forward to save the country that he swore an oath to.  It is really that simple.

Brannon Howse:  Yeah, it is that simple.  All right, Alan, tell me, other than surveilling churches and our members of our Supreme Court, what else do you find in your research that we have maybe or maybe not heard from Mary?  What do you think is the most shocking information the American people need to know that this is real and going forward, if this man actually is installed by the media through this information operation, this psychological operation that's being carried out – because that's what it is.

Nothing's been certified.  This is absolutely a brainwashing operation on the American people to accept him.  If you question him, you're crazy.  If you talk about voter fraud, you're crazy.  So this is a big operation going on to deceive the American people.  What did you find in your research the most shocking, and what are you most concerned about if he actually gets installed?

Alan Jones:  We originally learned about this from something called the Whistleblower Tapes.  These were tapes that were recorded.  Among the people on the recording is Tim Blixseth, who was a business partner of Dennis Montgomery.  He's the computer genius who created this software.

On those recordings that we transcribed five years ago, he says that they surveilled Donald Trump a zillion times.  So this surveillance of Pres. Trump didn't start with his candidacy, but they had actually been looking at him for a long time.  The CIA was very afraid of Donald Trump.  So they were looking at Pres. Trump.  They were surveilling Gen. Michael Flynn, who knew a lot of the secrets about what Pres. Obama was actually doing in the Middle East, which was not in the interests of the American people.

Brannon Howse:  Would that included funding ISIS?

Alan Jones:  And they were surveilling defense contractors.

Brannon Howse:  Would that include the Obama administration funneling money to or funding ISIS and Al-Qaeda?

Alan Jones:  Gen. Flynn basically said so much, and not those exact words.  But he said he willfully shipped weapons to the Syrian fighters.  Those weapons then ended up in the hands of Al-Qaeda and ISIS.

Brannon Howse:  And Gen. Flynn knew this?

Alan Jones:  Yes.

Brannon Howse:  Gen. Flynn – we also heard from Gen. McInerney last night, which will be on the TV show this afternoon when it's finally released – he said that because of the nature of the technology and the job of being at the DNI, the Department of National Intelligence, Flynn would have known about the Hammer, correct?

Alan Jones:  We have to presume that, but we don't – we can't say that definitively.  I don't think he's in a position to speak to this.

Mary Fanning:  Remember, it's an SAP program, so he cannot speak to this.  This is a Special Access Program.  Very few people are read in.  In fact, Gen. McInerney just texted me.  You might want to call him.

Brannon Howse:  Okay, I just got your text.  Guys in the control room, if you want to get the general on the line for a segment, that'd be great.  Before we go to the general, while you guys are grabbing him, let me have you comment on what you just said.  Again, define for our audience what SAP is.

Mary Fanning:  That's a Special Access Program.  You have to understand, no one even knew that Special Access Programs existed until Hillary Clinton's e-mails were released, and there were 200 SAP programs in her e-mails that were going to the Chinese, that the Chinese military was getting access to her e-mail.

Now what you need to understand is what that does to our national security.  The SAP programs are two things.  One, our live intel.  Now consider that every one of our live intel in China, our spies, our assets, they were collected, tortured, and murdered within one year of Hillary Clinton coming into her office.  Secondly, Special Access Programs are the locations of our nuclear weapons.

Brannon Howse:  And this is the same Hillary Clinton that said before a congressional committee, "What difference does it make when it comes to the death of Americans overseas," as well, right?

Mary Fanning:  That Hillary Clinton.  Understand, if a general is to be read into a Special Access Program, they're brought into a SCIF, a secure room.  They are under armed guard.  They are not allowed to bring a phone, paper, or a pencil.  That's how high-level an SAP program is.

Brannon Howse:  And the fact that again this is being used, folks, as it was, blowing right past the 17 procedures or processes that were set up to stop this from being abused, the Obama administration apparently just blew right through all of this, took control of this government software, moved it, and made it available for them to use at will, including, as we have already said, against churches, against synagogues, against judges, elected officials, and others.

Before we go to the general, Mary, when you tell people about this in high places that need to be keeping America safe and making sure we don't become a tyrannical nation with this kind of big government, what is the most common response that may be well known in national figures?  What's their first question?

Mary Fanning:  Well, first.  They took not only control of the software, the applications, they took control of the hardware.  They took the entire computer system, the Hammer, the supercomputer system that comes with the software and the applications.  When I tell people and when we're in touch with people that have the ability to do something, it is shocking, except that many shocking things, so many shocking things, happened under the Obama administration that shocking became commonplace.

Brannon Howse:  But what's the common question a lot of them ask you?

Mary Fanning:  Well, everyone understands who Brennan and Clapper are.  I'll tell you what the most common question is.  It is they expected this of John Brennan, but they don't know what happened to James Clapper.
