Matthew Perna, a non-violent Trump supporter who voluntarily submitted to FBI questioning after January 6 and was later arrested, has committed suicide.
He was never accused of violence or vandalism. He walked inside the US Capitol when the doors were flung open by police.

In December Perna, 37, pleaded guilty to felony obstruction of Congress and three misdemeanor charges associated with his entry into the Capitol on January 6, the U.S. Attorney’s office for the District of Columbia reported Friday. He had been scheduled for sentencing on March 3.

Capitol police, shown in surveillance video, stood by as hundreds of Americans entered the Capitol. Wearing a “Make America Great Again” sweatshirt, Perna left after about 20 minutes.

Less than two weeks later, Perna was ensnared in what the former top U.S. prosecutor called a “shock and awe” campaign to round up Trump supporters and deter them from demonstrating at Joe Biden’s inauguration on January 20, 2021. After he discovered his image on the FBI’s most wanted list for January 6, Perna immediately contacted his local FBI office and voluntarily submitted to questioning; on January 18, six FBI agents arrested Perna at his home.

His life from that point turned into a nightmare, reports Julie Kelly for American Greatness. Perna was indicted by a grand jury in February 2021 on four counts including obstruction of an official government proceeding and trespassing.

Keep in mind that Perna did not assault anyone, carry a weapon, or vandalize any property.

Whenever his hometown newspaper, the Sharon Herald, published an article on its social media account about Perna, the majority of replies were “horrible and brutal,” his aunt, Geri Perna, told Kelly. After more than a year of legal and public torture, Perna saw no way out.

On Friday night, Matthew Perna hung himself in his garage.

“They broke him, they mentally broke him,” Geri said through racking sobs as she explained to Kelly why her nephew ended his life. “He had run out of hope. I know he couldn’t take it anymore.”

In December, at the behest of his defense attorney, Perna agreed to plead guilty to all four counts. With no criminal record and no violent conduct on January 6, Perna and his family expected a prison sentence of less than a year; Perna’s sentencing hearing was scheduled for March 3, the seven-year anniversary of his mother’s death.

But Matthew Graves, the U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia handling every January 6 prosecution, intervened and asked the court to delay Perna’s sentencing so his office could make sure Capitol defendants are punished equally.

This was very bad news for Perna. Graves’ office has sought lengthy prison terms for defendants who plead guilty to the obstruction felony.

From his obit reads the following:

Matthew Lawrence Perna died on February 25, 2022, of a broken heart. His community (which he loved), his country, and the justice system killed his spirit and his zest for life. Matt was an amazing man! In his 37 years, he experienced more than most people do their entire lives. He graduated from Sharpsville High School in 2002, then went on to graduate from Penn State University…

…He attended the rally on January 6, 2021 to peacefully stand up for his beliefs. After learning that the FBI was looking for him, he immediately turned himself in. He entered the Capitol through a previously opened door (he did not break in as was reported) where he was ushered in by police. He didn’t break, touch, or steal anything. He did not harm anyone, as he stayed within the velvet ropes taking pictures. For this act he has been persecuted by many members of his community, friends, relatives, and people who had never met him. Many people were quietly supportive, and Matt was truly grateful for them. The constant delays in hearings, and postponements dragged out for over a year. Because of this, Matt’s heart broke and his spirit died, and many people are responsible for the pain he endured. Matt did not have a hateful bone in his body. He embraced people of all races, income brackets, and beliefs, never once berating anyone for having different views…

…Matt’s family stood by him during this devastating ordeal, and are extremely proud of his passion for life and his pursuit of many dreams. His actions last year are not looked down upon, instead his family is grateful and humbled by his courage. They say God never gives anyone more than they can handle. That statement is not Biblical, nor is it true. Rest Easy Matt, you are finally FREE!

Just as many Americans were celebrating the decision of the CDC “to ease COVID guidelines,” Forbes has shaken many Americans’ expectations for the future with a report that, “A National Vaccine Pass Has Quietly Rolled Out – And Red States Are Getting On Board.”

Return to normal? At what price?

Well, America’s Frontline Doctors attempted to answer that question and didn’t like what it found. They are calling attention to what amounts to a bait and switch operation by the U.S. government. Citizens are getting some temporary relief from mask mandates while at the same time states are rolling out a new digital health passport system, and that includes many red states.

The Frontline Doctors cited an article in the UK’s leftwing newspaper, The Guardian, which claims that hopes for participation of American truck drivers in a freedom convoy to protest mandates fell flat specifically because of the return of many freedoms to the population.

“Most US states have also already rescinded many pandemic restrictions. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention announced last week they would lift their recommendation for many Americans when it came to wearing masks. Now most Americans live in places where healthy people, including school kids, can go mask-free.”

The Hill reported, however, that CDC Director Rochelle Walensky has left the door open for reintroducing restrictions which are now being lifted.

"We want to give people a break from things like mask-wearing when … metrics are better, and then have the ability to reach for them again should things worsen," said the CDC director.

In some cases, the Frontline Doctors note that blanket restrictions are not even being suspended but are merely being targeted to specific parts of the population. The Epoch Times reported, for example, that the CDC “is no longer requiring students and others on school buses to wear masks, but is keeping the mask mandate for all other forms of public transportation in place.”

So, what’s the moral of this story?

What the government giveth, the government can taketh away. And the only way to stop it is noncompliance by as many Americans as possible.

The Washington Free Beacon is reporting that U.S. banks are preparing for retaliatory cyberattacks after Western nations slapped stringent sanctions on Russia for invading Ukraine, cyber experts and executives said.

Tensions between Russia and the West escalated on Saturday as the United States and its allies moved to block some Russian banks from the SWIFT international payment system and placed curbs on the Russian central bank's international reserves.

Western governments have warned for weeks that the tensions could spark massive cyberattacks from Russia or its supporters. Some executives said the latest measures may be the trigger.

"There will be some retaliatory measures taken by them, and I think in the least costly way that they can do it – that means some kind of cyberattack," said Steven Schweitzer, senior fixed income portfolio manager at the Swarthmore Group in New York.

Global banks, already top targets for cyberattacks in peacetime, are increasing network monitoring, drilling for cyberattack scenarios, searching their networks for threats and lining up extra staff in case hostile activity surges, according to cyber security experts.

Among the threats they are preparing for: ransomware and malware attacks; denial-of-service attacks that take down websites; and data wiping and theft, possibly simultaneously.

"Banks are incredibly prepared. They have taken out their playbooks and it's practice, practice, practice," said Valerie Abend, who leads Accenture's global financial services security group.

The largest U.S. banks, JPMorgan Chase & Co, Citigroup Inc, Bank of America Corp, Wells Fargo & Co, Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs Group Inc, either did not respond to requests for comment or declined to discuss their cybersecurity plans.

As guardians of critical national financial infrastructure, global banks are subject to strict operational risk rules and have some of the highest cyber security standards in corporate America, according to cyber experts.

The industry regularly plans for attacks and completed a massive, system-wide ransomware drill in November, according to the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association, which led the exercise.

Leading up to the invasion, there has been a more concerted industry effort to ensure banks' incident responders are on high alert and that they had increased monitoring, Abend said.

The New York Department of Financial Services and the U.S. Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency have warned private companies to be vigilant for cyber threats.

"We wouldn't be doing our due diligence if we weren't preparing for that," said Teresa Walsh, global head of intelligence at the Financial Services Information Sharing and Analysis Center, an international group of institutions that share cyber intelligence.

"Right now, they've been warning in generalities – just be prepared. We are trying to put some more specificity to it," Walsh added.

Walsh said banks have been brainstorming risk scenarios based on tactics Russian hackers have used in the past. The 2020 SolarWinds Corp software breach that gave hackers access to hundreds of companies using its products, is top of mind.

The Epoch Times published an explosive report Monday stating that they have received emails that allegedly show that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration along with the National Institutes of Health have been quietly studying neurological problems that have appeared in people after they took a COVID-19 vaccine.

The FDA and NIH have been conducting separate research projects into post-vaccination neurological issues, which have manifested with symptoms like facial paralysis and brain fog and have been linked in some cases with the vaccines, according to emails reviewed by The Epoch Times.

One attempt to gain understanding of a problem that experts around the world are struggling to understand is being carried out by Dr. Janet Woodcock, who was acting commissioner of the FDA until Feb. 17.

Woodcock, now the FDA’s principal deputy director, has been personally evaluating neurologic side effects from the COVID-19 vaccines since at least Sept. 13, 2021, according to the emails, many of which have not been reported on previously until the Epoch Time article was released.

FDA epidemiologists are also gathering data to look into the issues, according to messages from Dr. Peter Marks, another top FDA official.

A team at the NIH’s National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke (NINDS), meanwhile, started noticing patients reporting vaccine injuries for a study in early 2021 after receiving complaints shortly after the vaccines were made available. A portion of the patients were examined in person at the Bethesda, Maryland, facility.

According to the Epoch Times article, one of the reviews or studies of these injuries appear to have been released to the public, despite a growing recognition among experts that at least some issues are likely linked directly to the vaccines.

An examination of the FDA and CDC’s Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System (VAERS) confirms that deaths and injuries due to neurological issues following COVID-19 injections have skyrocketed, when compared to the same adverse events reported following all FDA-approved vaccines for the previous 30 years.

And while none of the U.S. Health Agencies have published or made public their research on these post-vaccine neurological injuries, many medical journals have.

The COVID-19 experimental vaccines, which were illegally given emergency use authorization, should have been immediately pulled from the market at least a year ago, concludes an analysis of the report by Health Impact News.

One of the findings was a nearly 3,000 percent increase in neurological injuries in people who received the injections.

Patrick Wood, the noted expert on technocracy, commented as follows on the findings released by the Epoch Times:

“The biggest story of the century is not Russia invading Ukraine. Rather, it is the no-so-silent destruction of people’s health and lives taking place right under our noses. The worst is strokes, which have increased 68,000 percent after taking the mRNA shot as compared to all other vaccines before it. And then there are the ones who have died…

“These are the casualties of Technocracy’s war on humanity.”

As many of you know, more than 130 governments from around the world signed on to the United Nations Agenda 2030 document in late 2015, when Barack Obama was president.

They said this would lead to “sustainable” development and policies that helped preserve the environment.

But very few of the document’s 17 sustainable development goals have anything to do with the environment. They include things like making sure “affordable vaccines” are available for every person and that every person on the planet has a digital identity and that global governing bodies are “strengthened” and made more all-inclusive.

One nation that is fighting against this agenda is Hungary.

Its president, Viktor Orban, recently gave a speech laying out his nation’s key to defeating the globalists’ agenda for the next decade.

Orban warned that a “serious stress test is coming” and gave ways to defeat the globalists’ plan to impoverish the middle class Western people.

The Hungarian leader is urging his citizens to own private property, which he says is the best protection citizens will have against the Globalist 2030 Agenda, where “you own nothing, have no privacy, and life has never been better.”

The site says to “try to maintain a distance of at least six feet between yourself and people not part of your household. If possible, wear a mask if you’re sheltering with people who are not part of your household.

New Zealand Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern, who is one of Klaus Schwab’s Young Global Leaders, bought and paid for by the World Economic Forum, was left reeling on Friday after a High Court ruled that her vaccine mandate represented a “gross violation of human rights” for New Zealanders.

The landmark case means that the police and the New Zealand Defense Forces cannot be fired for refusing to take the experimental vaccine. This case will be used to overthrow all of Ardern’s illegal mandates in New Zealand, according to NewsPunch.com.

Justice Francis Cooke ruled that ordering frontline police officers and Defense staff to be vaccinated or face losing their job was not a “reasonably justified” breach of the Bill of Rights.

Nzherald.co.nz reports: The lawyer for the police and Defense staff at the center of the claim is now calling for the suspended workers to return to their jobs immediately, saying many have given decades of service to their community and are still committed to their jobs.

In our commentary tonight, CNN ‘War Correspondent’ Clarissa Ward accidentally spilled the beans on why the public is confused about what the corporate media are reporting about the Ukraine war with Russia, compared to what is actually visible.

During a segment with Brian Stelter, Ward explained how CNN war reporting in Ukraine consists of talking about material provided to her by CNN production crews who sit and scour through YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook and social media posts to find the input material for their stories.

Of course, it’s nearly impossible to verify most of those posts, but that doesn’t deter CNN from passing it on as legitimate news.
