In the series called "Shredding: Ridding Yourself of Harmful Relationship Habits," Dr. Randy White has been walking through Matthew 18, a chapter about restored relationships. In the final sermon of this series he notes that the burden of restoration is unmistakably repeated by Jesus and should be set as a priority in our spiritual lives. There should be no earthly sin for which we are unwilling to offer forgiveness based on God's forgiveness through Jesus Christ.
