A Week That Changed the World:-The Last Supper, Part 2. Dr. White has been teaching through the events and teachings of the last week of Jesus’ life. The Last Supper of Thursday night before the crucifixion is the topic of today’s study. From John 6, Dr. White teaches that Jesus revealed Himself to be the Bread of Life, Manna which would satisfy forever. The setting of this teaching was the feeding of the 5,000, and was at Passover time. Because they were not observing Passover in Jerusalem, Jesus began teaching a symbolic taking of bread to represent the taking of Christ, which would be portrayed in the Last Supper.
