Dr. Randy White: January 11, 2013

Continuing his teaching from Romans 1:8-17, Dr. Randy White teaches about the identity of a witness of the Gospel. Paul says that he is under a debt, or obligation, to the wise and to the foolish, to share the Gospel. Because of this, Paul is eager to preach the Gospel to the Romans, regardless of status in life or location.
