The Requirement for Wisdom-James 1:5-7. Believers enduring trials are instructed to ask God for wisdom, and encouraged with the truth that God gives such wisdom freely. They are also instructed to ask “in faith, without doubt.” What does this mean, and how can a believer under a trial find the wisdom he or she needs to allow the trial to produce its perfect result?
