Every Christian faces trials, often heavy trials, and we may see no reason for the deep valleys through which we go: sudden bereavement, a job loss, serious illness. All of these may obscure the fact that God has an ultimate purpose. As clay on a potter’s wheel, we are all being molded through our circumstances to become something beautiful.
