How does the BIS and central banks work in unison to drawn nations in massive debt and then use taxpayer funds given to the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank to repay the central banks that are mostly privately owned. In other words, the central banks make risky loans and when their assets are at risk and their creditors are on the verge of defaulting, the IMF rushes in and uses tax-payer money to pay back the respective central bank. The BIS has created the beginnings of an international currency known as Special Drawing Rights or SDRs. What is an SDR?
