Passage: 1 Thessalonians 2:17-20

Description: As we know from the scriptures the apostle Paul started many churches which he dearly loved. The church at Thessalonica was no different in that Paul had a great affection for them. Even though he loved them dearly he was absent from them. Even though He was absent, he still had great joy. We will consider Paul’s desire to see the Thessalonians, Paul’s deterrence in seeing the Thessalonians and Paul’s description of the Thessalonians.
