Do you know what the future holds?

Of course, all of us sometimes wish that we could see our own personal futures and prepare for them. But God has actually given us something much more valuable—the ability to understand His purposes for the future, and to know many of the major events that will one day unfold upon this Earth.

Along with host Wayne Shepherd, Dr. John Whitcomb discusses this subject this week on Encounter God’s Truth. We are in the midst of Part 5 of our series called “Zechariah: The LORD Remembers,” in which we have been surveying some of the highlights from the longest book in the Minor Prophets—the book of the prophet Zechariah.

We step back now and think more deeply about one of the major issues that we have encountered so far in the book of Zechariah—the future of the Temple in Jerusalem.
